Title: Let's Live by Martyrdom
Contents
Let's live by martyrdom faith (Acts 20:22-24)
I. What is the Martyr's Faith?
1. He died fiercely while fighting for the truth of the gospel.
2. Even if you gave up your life, you didn't give up on Jesus.
3. He loved Jesus more than everything in the world.
4. Blood has been repaid for the gospel of blood.
5. It was the greatest loyalty as a servant.
II. The Apostle Paul was an Apostle with a single-minded faith.
1. Paul was bound in spirit by the Holy Spirit (verses 22-23).
Paul did his best to bear witness to the gospel of God's grace (verse 24).
2. Paul had already declared death (Galatians 2:20).
(1) I have been crucified with Christ, (1) When we believe in Jesus, we find ourselves crucified with Christ. ②We must discover the reason why Jesus died in God's love. ③Through faith, the power of God is revealed, and the old man dies and comes to life as a new creation in Christ.
(2) I no longer bought it,
① Those who believe in Jesus must discover that I no longer live, but that Christ lives in me. ② Christ is the center of your life.
⑶ When I live in the flesh, ① we strive to bear the fruit of the Spirit in our personality. ② And while witnessing the gospel, we must reveal Jesus.
Ⅲ. Martyrdom is a grace of God and bears valuable fruit.
1. Martyrdom is God's grace.
2. The blood of martyrdom saved many lives.
'The mission I received from the Lord, that is, to testify to the gospel of grace'.
You can preach the gospel with John 3:16. When we preach the gospel, if there is persecution, we have faith that I died as a martyr and that Christ lives in me. The spirit of martyrdom is to focus on a life that reveals Christ and to be prepared to live. Even if we are persecuted while preaching the gospel in this age, we must live a life of joy while looking at the crown of heaven. This is martyrdom faith.
