Title: Let's Restore Faith. (2 Kings 05:8-16)

Content Let's restore our faith. (2 Kings 5:8-16)

1. Naaman trusted people. Naaman was the commander-in-chief of the armies of the Syrian kingdom, and he was the king's favorite and honored man, but unfortunately he was a leper. All efforts and devotion were made to cure this leprosy, but to no avail. At that time, an Israeli girl who was taken into Naaman's house told Naaman's wife that if she went to the prophet living in Samaria, her hometown, she would be able to heal her. The great prophet this girl spoke of was Elisha. This Elisha was a man of God, a servant of God who had the amazing power to heal the sick and raise the dead. This news went to Naaman, and eventually Naaman trusted the girl's words and went to the king and told the king that he was going to do it. In the end, as Elisha said, Naaman was cleansed after washing in the Jordan River seven times. The reason Naaman the leper was cleansed was because he trusted even the words of the captive little girl. Miracles happen when you trust people's words.
