Title: Let's Save Nature
content le>
Although we are in a limited atmosphere today, we thank God for being able to come out and worship in nature. All around us, nature, which we believed to always exist as a ritual, is slowly being destroyed one by one. If I go out like this, I don't know if this three thousand-ri Geumsugangsan will become a desolate desert. Before we sit down in front of the few remaining trees today and praise this tree and the sky above it, today those creatures are like the screams and pains of death row prisoners of poison gas in Germany during World War II. I want to cry out to hear the groans and pains mourning the destruction of
The missionary movement to save nature must first establish the basis that all nature is created by God. With the mindset that nature exists as it is by chance, we cannot understand the meaning and mystery of nature and cannot properly preserve, develop, and manage nature. As Christians, since all nature is a creation created by God's hands, disrespecting nature and misusing nature is against God's purpose of creation, and it is against God's will. Second, we can save nature only when we confess our belief that God created nature but created it for good.
Until now, all nature has been regarded as neutral and unethical, neither good nor evil. Therefore, I thought that it was safe to destroy and use nature in a hurry to make money at will, according to the desires of people and the needs of people. However, when God created the heavens and the earth in the beginning, before humans called it good or bad, God already said, “It was good”. It must be made clear that nature hates evil because nature is already good, and nature itself is by nature on the side of good. Therefore, when the evil one tries to use nature for evil, nature rejects it.
We know that all beasts attack people when people try to harm them, but when people try to love them, even wild beasts follow and love people. Even the mountains and streams where evil people live are rebelling against humans and turn into deserts. All good people have long been taught a great lesson from nature as their best teachers and teachers. We do not know how many lessons we receive from the stars scattered in the night sky in the dense forest, the wind from the wide open sea in the moon, and the waves. You can't have a narrow mind when you climb a mountain top and look at the scenery that spreads below, and you can't have a bad mind when you dip your feet in a clean stream flowing through a deep and deep valley. Nature is a teacher of goodness because God made it good.
Third, we need to know that nature has no sovereignty and that management has been delegated to humans in order to save nature. God has entrusted man to manage this nature. Therefore, humans have the right and responsibility to protect, manage and develop nature. When humans mismanage nature, they are disobeying the mission and responsibility they have received from God. Therefore, we have to think of some responsibilities for man to take care of this nature.
The first is to protect and nurture nature well. We have to protect the trees and grass, we have to protect the fish and birds, we have to protect the water and the air. We need to take good care of nature. I heard this from a plant lover. He talked about the secret of growing plants in the garden, saying that even a single tree, flower, or grass needs to be touched frequently by people. Both plants and animals do. People should touch it often and raise it with interest.
Now, I insist that the church should systematically promote this natural salvation movement. In the future, my church is going to take the lead in the conservation movement. The movement to protect birds, the movement to protect the fish living in the river, the movement to prevent pollution of river and sea water, the pollution of the air, the movement to grow flowers, the movement to love animals, and the movement to plant trees are developed as religious salvation movements expect to do
