Title: Let Autumn Be Grateful

Content Subject: Make Autumn Appreciate

Bible: Romans 14:1-9

As a poet confesses, autumn is a season of prayer. It is a good time to light the fire of prayer alone and enter the court of the Lord. Also, autumn is a season of thanksgiving as much as a season of prayer. In this season, there is Chuseok (Korean Thanksgiving), when abundant fruits ripen, and Thanksgiving Day is a global festival. A person's happiness does not lie in possessions, but in realization. No matter how much you possess, if you do not realize the grace, you will not be able to give thanks. Among the many creations, God makes only human beings to think and understand. Only those who think deeply can be grateful and live a happy and joyful life. That's why there is a Western saying "Think, Thank".

Guys, what are you thankful for? Come to think of it, aren't there people like 'I have nothing to be thankful for'? If you think deeply, it's not just one or two things that you're grateful for; Guys, think of a time when there was no past. God made it exist, but we forget all the grace he has given us and complain. When you lose gratitude, everything is irritating and painful.

In today's text, Paul gave thanks whether he was dead or alive. I was thankful even though I was imprisoned, and I was thankful even in the storm. I found the conditions of gratitude in my own way.

A pietist named Piffany said, "If there are three things, no one can complain. If you have one meal and good health, thank you. Even at this time, there are saints who want to appear before God, but they lose their health and lie in the hospital crying. There are no healthy people. You should not complain, and if there is hope, you should be even more grateful. You should find out the secret of gratitude that only you know and give thanks before God, even in tribulation.

In today's text, I am thankful that I eat for the Lord even if I eat it. I am thankful that I do not eat for the Lord even if I do not eat. Thank you for this and for that. It is to be thankful for everything, and to be thankful even in the midst of hardship. Let's take a look at the garden of our life in the season of thanksgiving. All things are praying silently in English and bowing their heads to give thanks to God. Even in the field of our lives, the rewards and pains, joys and sorrows, good things and bad things that we have cultivated bear fruit and ripen. We must put all these things in a basket of humility and give them to the Lord with gratitude. Although the fig tree does not bud and there are no grapes on the vines and no crops on the olive trees, let us rejoice in the Lord and rejoice in the God of our salvation and give thanks.

Let's become a person of 'deep gratitude' that the text teaches us, giving thanks for the Lord whether we live or die. The poet Bretton once said, "Lord, the seas of thy grace are so infinite, but my boat is very small and old." Small heart It is an old heart, but if you give thanks, it becomes a big and new heart. I hope you will be deeply grateful for this season and live in joy and grace.
