Title: Life's Blessed Encounter
Contents
Before a young man named Saul met Jesus, he was living a life of a Pharisee who persecuted the church and the saints zealously according to Judaism and its laws.
One day he asked the high priest to send him a letter to the synagogues in Damascus. The purpose is to bind those who believe in Jesus and bring them to Jerusalem. As he drew near to Damascus, suddenly a light from heaven shone around him and he fell to the ground. A sound was heard. “Saul, Saul, why are you persecuting me?” was the voice of the resurrected Jesus. Saul answered, “Who are you, Lord?” Jesus said. “I am Jesus whom you are persecuting; get up and go into the city, and someone will tell you what to do.”
Saul got up from the ground, and his eyes were opened, but he could not see anything, and he was dragged into Damascus, where he could not see for three days. It was to repent of the evil sins he had committed during that time. To him who repented, Jesus sent his faithful disciple Ananias. Ananias obeyed Jesus and laid his hands on Saul. Saul's eyes were opened, he was filled with the Holy Spirit, and he was baptized and immediately preached that Jesus was the Christ. From that time on, he was transformed into the apostle Paul who was chosen by Jesus Christ.
Later, he preached the world evangelism three times until he was martyred, and finally even went to a prison in Rome to preach the gospel. Countless people were saved from their sins and suffering by hearing the gospel he preached and believing in Jesus.
The way we become truly happy is to meet Jesus and His Word. That way, even if you meet people, you will meet blessed people. Those who are not blessed will make a difference. as a blessed person.
