Title: Life before God / Psalm 84:1-7
Content Life presented before God / Psalm 84:1-7, John 4:20-24
1) Worship is a holy time to experience the presence of God.
2) Worship is a time to realize your own shortcomings, repent and obey.
3) Worship is a time to experience spiritual growth while listening to God's small voice.
4) Worship is a time of confession to live according to the will of the Lord while making a vow of devotion.
5) Worship is a time of loving fellowship with Jesus and a time to be thankful and rejoice after confirming that He is our Savior.
Please believe that worship is a time of sacrifice to offer yourself to God and a time to express obedience in a concrete way while hoping for eternal life. Psalm 29:1 says, "O you mighty, give to the LORD glory and power," and in verse 2, "Give the glory that is due to the name of the LORD, and worship the LORD in holy garments."
Worship is worship. Worship is an encounter with God. Families that value worship prosper. I hope that believers who value worship will believe that they will receive the Lord's love.
The former Soviet Union, which neglected worship, was destroyed. In the 1960s, where worship was neglected, America's prestige fell everywhere in the world, the economy went down, and morals fell to the ground.
After that, the religious leaders were told that the most precious thing was to wake up and pray, to get up and worship before God.
John 4:24 says, “You shall worship in spirit and truth.” Romans 12:1 says, “Present your bodies as a living sacrifice, acceptable to God.” I hope you believe that this kind of worship requires proper heart, thought, action, and preparation.
Knowing that, for example, it is not the proper posture of a worshiper to ring a cell phone during worship, hear a pager, gossip, exchanging pranks on notes, or having small children running around. It must be turned off during worship. You should also turn off the beep. Even small children should be disciplined not to make noise during worship and be well educated.
A person who visits Tsinghua University to meet the president cannot carry a cell phone or a pager with him. There is no one who works hard. No one jokes about writing on a note. Everyone wears clean clothes, sits respectfully and listens to the President's speech. I've been told that even those who don't pay their bills turn off their cell phones. How careful and careful are those who worship the four gods when performing great rites. Therefore, we hope that we do our best to make the time of worship the most precious and holy time. We believe that those who do their best during worship will receive great blessings and enjoy it. These saints suffer from not living for the glory of God because their purpose in life is to live only for Jesus.
