Title: Life led by the Holy Spirit

Spirit-led life (Galatians 5:16-26)
I tell you, walk in the Spirit, and you will not fulfill the lust of the flesh (Galatians 5:16).
Because humans have bodies like animals, they have needs like animals. They have a desire to eat, drink and live comfortably. However, if a person lives according to the desires of the flesh, he becomes like an animal or less than an animal. The human body keeps demanding things that are harmful. The body keeps asking for a lot of good food. The body hates movement and likes to be comfortable. If we live like this, it is harmful to the body itself, but the body asks for something harmful. A person should reject some of the desires of the flesh and be temperate.
Man has spiritual desires because he was created in the image of God. This desire does not arise until you believe in Jesus. Before believing in Jesus, the human spirit is dead. Just as a dead body has no desire, a dead soul has no desire. There is no spiritual desire until we believe in Jesus and receive forgiveness of sins and become children of God. There is no desire to worship God, no desire to live holy and righteously. Therefore, those who do not believe in Jesus do not feel remorse or pain in their hearts, even if they live according to the desires of the flesh. However, since those who believe in Jesus have a spiritual desire to worship God, to please God, and to live holy and righteously, conflicts arise when they live according to the flesh.
Even though we are weak, we cannot live according to God's word, and we always make mistakes and fall, but if we feel ashamed and suffer every time we do, it is proof that we are a spiritual person. Even Christians have the desires of the flesh because they are in the flesh. No matter how well you believe in Jesus, the desires of the flesh will not disappear. Because we are in Christ, we also have spiritual desires. The fleshly desires and the spiritual desires coexist in Christians. There is always a conflict between the desires of the flesh and the desires of the Spirit.
What matters is what life leads to. Whether the desire of the flesh is leading or the desire of the Holy Spirit leads to victory or defeat. If the lusts of the flesh take the lead and my words and actions follow the flesh, then we will be defeated. We must live a life led by the Holy Spirit. When a certain opportunity comes, it is entrusted to the Holy Spirit. Athletes win and lose by very small differences. Even the victory or defeat of a Christian differs in very small things. When we use each small opportunity given to us, we should not use it according to the desires of the flesh, but according to the desires of the Holy Spirit. Always choose an opportunity to worship, a prayer plan, an opportunity to read the Word, and an opportunity to obey God's Word.
