Good posture is also important for the body. When you look at students or people with certain professions, there are many cases where the bones in the shoulders or back are bent.
The saying that a thousand words is unheard of means that it is better to see once than to hear a hundred times. It means that what I hear and see is more certain than what I hear a hundred times through other people.
The same goes for faith. It is more important to experience the joy of believing in Jesus, the joy of being saved, and experiencing the mystical works of the Holy Spirit than hearing the great testimonies of others a hundred times.
Today's text reads that Jesus was looking for his disciples after the resurrection, but Thomas was not there, so he could not believe it even if he raised the heat and talked about it. If Thomas had been there, he would have believed it.
Where does the strong faith of the saints, the life of right faith, come from?
We have strong faith when we are together in a community of faith.
Deviation of faith is a departure from the normal community of faith. Believers should not leave people of sincere faith and go out into the world.
It must be borne in mind that there were only about 120 people in Mark's upper room. A community of faith means becoming a member of the church. One body must not fall. All members of the church must be faithful to the meeting of the church. As a believer, all of your life should be centered on faith. Every believer must belong to a church. All saints must belong to each institution. All saints must belong to the territory of the church. All members must belong to each evangelism group.
When you walk with Jesus, you become the holder of right faith.
What do people like? What do you like to play with? Who do you like to hang out with?
Living together with Jesus → Living in obedience to the word of the Lord is a life of walking with the Lord. It is important to feel the presence of the Lord in your life and live.
The experience of seeing Jesus in person
We must enjoy the joy of meeting God directly from our ancestors. Thomas himself saw Jesus himself, my Lord! my God! confessed that The Apostle Paul also personally saw the risen Jesus in Damascus and became a disciple of the Lord. But the Lord says: “Blessed are those who have not seen and believe”! A believer must receive the grace of seeing the Lord directly in order to live a life of true faith. It is not seeing the Lord with the eyes of the flesh, but seeing the living Lord with the spirit. God works through the Holy Spirit to see God clearly in the hearts of believers through the Word.
