Title: Living Faith!

Contents

When all the disciples fled from the death of Jesus on the cross, the faith they should have in their sorrow is none other than faith in Jesus, who rose from the dead. The reason the Lord is the true Lord is because He overcame death and rose again. Believing is not as easy as it sounds. No matter how hard you try, you can't believe it because you can't believe it. In fact, what we do not have is not money, but faith. Also, the problem is not a big one, it's a small belief. Faith is the greatest answer. If you live by faith and come across one difficulty, if you go on with faith until the end, 10 benefits will come. To have faith alive means that faith has become a reality in life. How can I become a living faith?

First, ask God for faith.

In Luke 17:5, what did Jesus ask His disciples? Just ask for faith. We, too, must seek faith in God.

Second, we must repent of not living the faith.

To become a living faith, we must repent clearly as soon as we realize that we have not lived by faith. This is because a new life is possible only when repentance is clear.

How do we really live? Are you clinging to the money you have and getting frustrated with your difficult circumstances?

Third, faith must take root on the Word.

If you read Joshua 1, Joshua, who had to lead the Israelites into the land of Canaan instead of Moses, was afraid and trembling. Then God tells Joshua not to be afraid.

Joshua 1:6 “Be strong and courageous”

Joshua 1:7 “Only be strong and courageous”

Joshua 1:9 “Be strong and courageous, do not be afraid and do not be dismayed”

Because nothing can be accomplished through those who lose their faith and are afraid. At the same time, God said something important to Joshua. Let's read 1:8 together. "This book of the law..."

Romans 10:17 says, “Faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of Christ.” Faith grows as it is heard. The disciples also listened and learned while following Jesus for three years, and their faith grew over time. At the last moment, they risked their lives to die. As they prayed without leaving Jerusalem, the Holy Spirit came upon them, and their lives were completely changed.

Belief and belief are different things. We do not believe in anything, we believe in the Word of God. As you read the Bible, write down all the promises God has made to us. And believe that the promise will come true for you too, and pray about that promise. This is the way to experience the history of faith.

Also, beliefs and feelings are different. How did Joseph feel when he was sold to Egypt? How did Daniel feel in front of the lions' den? Conversely, Lot moving to Sodom would have hummed. This feeling is unbelievable. You must know how to judge only by the Word.

Fourth, you must be able to speak with faith. In Numbers 13:25-33, there is a report of 12 men who returned from spying on the land of Canaan. Except for Joshua and Caleb, 10 reported: It was a report that was faithful to reality, and it was an objective report, but one thing, faith in God was nowhere to be found in it. But the reports of Joshua and Caleb are different: “Let us go up immediately, let us take possession of the land, for we are well able to overcome it” (verse 30). This report has faith in Almighty God and his promises. What we should note here is that the consequences of this seemingly insignificant statement are staggering. Let's look at Numbers 14:28. “Say to them, As I live, saith the LORD, I will do to you as you have heard my words…”

Therefore, we must learn to speak by faith. Because our mouths are unclean, and only negative words, human words, and calculations always come out.

Fifth, we must receive the training of faith sweetly.

This is why adversity and tribulation are also grateful. Faith also grows. If we strive to live by faith, our faith will grow as much as the number of years after 10 or 20 years. But if you do not live by faith, faith does not grow.

The method that God used when crossing the Red Sea and crossing the Jordan River was different when God delivered the Israelites from Egypt and brought them into the land of Canaan. When he allowed the people to cross the Red Sea, God's power completely divided the Red Sea and allowed the Israelites to cross. However, when he made them cross the Jordan River, he did not tell them to cut the Jordan River and then cross, but to raise one foot first, and then divide the water by that much. God demanded greater faith after 40 years of wandering in the wilderness.

To unbelievers, such beliefs may seem foolish and absurd. But if we believers do not have such a testimony in our lives, how will our lives be different from nonbelievers? Although we confess our faith with our lips, if we do not live by faith, such faith cannot become a living faith. Conversely, if we believe that beyond the present uncertainties and hope for the good that comes from the Lord, the Lord will see our faith and rejoice in His grace.

Sixth, we must be filled with the Holy Spirit.

When you are filled with the Holy Spirit, your eyes to see God will be opened and you will dwell in confidence. So you don't have to worry or be afraid of any problems. It is because we know God, who is bigger than the problems of life, and feel that the Lord is always with us, and we live by experiencing it realistically. I pray that you will enjoy a blessed life with this living faith.
