Title: Living with Christ/Amos 3:1-8
No one in this world can live alone. After being born in this world, meeting good parents, and growing up, people are to meet great spouses and filial children. Who you meet in life is very important. In the name of the Lord, we pray that our members can become children of God who walk with Jesus, who has the sovereignty of history.
1. Our walk with the Lord must be eternal.
If we look at the book of Genesis, we find that Enoch lived with God. It must mean that they lived in communion and communion with God. If two people do not agree, they cannot go together. To walk with Christ is to be in accord with Him. It is to align our will with Him. Also, being together should be eternal, not instantaneous.
2. If you walk with the Lord, you will live a progressive life.
People are influenced or influenced by others. But if you walk with Christ, you will learn and be influenced by Christ, so you have no choice but to progress. Along with our spiritual development, all the necessary developments in the world are influenced by our companionship.
3. To walk with the Lord, the goal must be the same.
To walk with the Lord, your motives, along with your goals, must be like the Lord. Those who try to go to heaven by their own strength or by their own power will be called the antichrist and will not be able to walk with the Lord. Heaven is only a reward when you are united with God, and that should not be your goal. It is not for my own joy or success, but for the glory of the Lord, so I have to work hard in the midst of pain and suffering.
4. To walk with the Lord, we must keep pace.
If you do not walk side by side together, it is not companionship. If your gait is correct, you are walking together. That is why we must keep pace with the Lord. Procrastination is a lazy and irresponsible act of not keeping pace with the Lord. To accompany God, we need to be able to breathe and keep pace with what God wants us to do.
5. To walk with the Lord, we must love Him.
If you don't like it, no matter how much you walk on the same path, you can't keep pace with each other and you can't keep up. Only when you love the other person can you work together according to the other person's will. The Lord loves us enough to die on the cross of suffering for us who are lacking. So He wants you to accompany us and we will have to accept His love and adapt it to Him.
6. Why do they have to mean the same thing?
When we walk without agreeing with the Lord, we are denying ourselves of our own character. "How can Christ stand shoulder to shoulder with Belial?" Just as the king of a nation cannot be with the enemy chief, he says, to walk without agreeing with Christ is to do evil. That is why we should live a life in harmony with each other, not claiming our own legitimacy.
7. How can we come together?
The Holy Spirit helps me in me, the reign of Jesus Christ is in me, and in the end, I can say that I can be with the Lord only when I live a life that is absolutely dependent on Christ.
I will conclude
By accepting the Holy Spirit, receiving the Lord's control, and relying on Him, I hope that you will live a life that aligns with the Lord, shares your goals, and walks with Him with love for Him.
