Title: Lord, I Believe

Contents

And he said, "Lord, I believe." And he bowed down. (John 9:38)

The truth of Christianity is not a philosophical principle found through research and research, nor a scientific result found through experimentation and experimentation, but as a self-confession of “I believe” in front of him when hearing the word of God and coming into contact with his revelation. It refers to the content of the true life that you get. Therefore, this truth is a truth that has a personal relationship between him and me. He is before me and gives me words, gives love, gives life, and I receive his word from him, and his love and life from him, so that I live in him again, and his word springs up in me to eternal life. It is a truth that becomes such a relationship that becomes a fountain of life. Therefore, the confession "I believe" is the confession of faith of those who have the evidence of living in the experience of life and life between the Lord and me.

According to the text of the Bible, a young blind man, led by his father, came to Jesus, heard his words, interviewed him personally, received his power, opened his eyes, and after he opened his eyes, he realized the Lord again as the Messiah, the Son of God. After all these vivid experiences, he raised his hands and confessed, "I believe."

All of us who have professed our faith have the same experience of faith. Hearing someone's words, he enters a group of people for the comfort of his feelings, and lives with them, but he is not the kind of religion that has followed the same path as in the past. The Lord found me, gave me life, gave me love, when we were in the pit of death and couldn't rescue ourselves by his own strength, so that I could live again because of him, verily, even at this very hour without our Lord The confession, "I believe," came to the fore by having the experience of living again, which cannot be lived. Therefore, this confession is an expression of faith in the power of God.

Since I have experienced in my life that the absolute sovereignty of the universe resides with God and His power makes the impossible possible for humans, I now have a strong belief that God’s power makes all things possible, and all the impossible things of human beings. that's a sign.

The confession "I believe" of this blind young man who had opened his eyes here is therefore a confession of his own experience and, based on that experience, is now in front of him, whether his personal affairs or his family affairs, his country or the world. It was an expression of ironic conviction in God's power that nothing is impossible for those who believe in God and be with our Lord in all things created by God.

We sometimes claim to be Christians who believe in Jesus, worrying about what we will eat and what we will wear just for ourselves. For my family and for my children, I live without giving up. I worry about the affairs of the country, and I live at night because of the fear that a nuclear war will take place and the earth will be blown away in an instant.

In times like these, our Lord will not worry about this unbelieving generation and will mourn, "You faithless Christians!"

"God created the heavens and the earth. He rules and provides for this history. He gave himself and the life of his Son to redeem us. He will come again to judge the earth." If such a believer lives in anxieties, worries, and anxiety, where else in the world can there be such a contradiction?

God has the power to use even the destruction of human beings to become a part of his creation history. God has the power to make man an instrument in his holy heavenly economy, even to the hostility of the enemy, who rebels against him and shoots arrows and daggers at his chest. The kings of Pharaoh, Babylon, Persia, Assyria, Judas Iscariot, Pilate, Roman soldiers, priests, and Pharisees did not overcome God's plan for the kingdom of heaven, and not only did they fail to overcome them, but God took all these hostile acts. He has the absolute power to make it an instrument of his economy, not useless.

Even today, our profession of faith is tied to the absolute power of the living God, so we should always be victorious, ignorant of disappointment, anxiety, worry, or anxieties. There is no reason to doubt that God's will will be done on earth as it is in heaven, even on this earth where we live in suffering. Those who have witnessed the resurrection from the dead now have no reason to believe that people die and perish. Those of Christ who have experienced the rebirth of living life have no reason to doubt that my family, my kingdom, and the world I live in will be recreated and ruled by the power of God.

This confession of "I believe" is a confession of his absolute obedience to the Lord. Those who believe in God's absolute sovereignty and His absolute power are obliged to surrender their whole being before God and swear absolute obedience.

Faith is expressed in obedience. Seeing his absolute faith, the Lord is asking those who believe in the power of this Atonement to participate in his work. "Do you love me? Then feed my sheep." "If you believe in me, you shall be my witnesses to the ends of the earth under the heavens." Therefore, our obedience is obedience and loyalty to share in the great work of accomplishing his kingdom and his will on this earth.

Those who profess that faith, “I believe,” must obey the mission given to them. Today, we live in this unstable world and are buried in the works of this body, but we have joined together in the work of our Lord, who makes flowers bloom in this desert, springs of water from this rock, and the holy work of salvation is steadily fulfilled. People.

When we fall down because it seems impossible, we are not people of faith who believe in the power of God. Those who become discouraged that we cannot do it in our own strength do not believe in the Lord. Those who avoid things that cannot be solved by our wisdom are not people of faith. A person of faith who puts our Lord in the vanguard and follows him must obey God without any conditions. There are things that man cannot do, but there is nothing that God cannot do.

We live in an era where everything is impossible today. However, we are the ones who have experienced for ourselves the power of God to make the impossible possible. Therefore, we must boldly live in this impossible world with the belief that God's power can accomplish all things according to God's will. Therefore, we must stand at our forefront and show our faith in absolute obedience to his holy work, following the command of our Lord, the creator of the overcoming death.

The work of true creation and true victory will be accomplished on earth as God's will is done in heaven through these people of faith.

Lord I believe!

I believe in the absolute power of God.

I obey and follow his work of creation and redemption.
