Title: Loyalty!

Loyalty!

Text/ 1 Corinthians 4:2, Mark 3:20

1. Introduction

One day in January last winter, it was very cold early in the morning and the snow opened by itself. The boiler is not running. Why is the boiler not running? If the boiler breaks down, money is money, but what if it's the coldest time of the year? I wanted to. It was too early, so I waited for a while, but at 9 o'clock, I called Hori Ma, the owner of the house, who was repairing the house. President Ma said, “If it is cold and the boiler breaks down, it is a big deal. We will go up soon.” After a while, Mr. Ma comes with equipment in the car, looks around the boiler, and then the boiler turns quickly.

As soon as I heard the beep, my cold and trembling heart was relieved. "It's not a big problem," Ma said. The part that enters the boiler is frozen. Here in Yangpyeong-gun, soju is cold enough to freeze, so it's different from Seoul. It is always a good idea to set the boiler temperature to 15-17 degrees” (I set the boiler temperature to 13). “How much should I pay?” to Mr. Ma, who loads the equipment back into the car. When asked, President Ma said, “What is it? It’s okay.” I said, “No, what do you mean? I'm thankful that it's not a big problem, and I'm thankful that I set aside other things in the early morning and ran to the top, but I didn't even get a repair fee. I did. President Ma said, “It doesn’t seem like a big deal, what kind of money do you get?” and ended up just leaving. President Ma's loyalty was not customer satisfaction, but customer satisfaction, and it was a moment of customer fainting.

2. What is the biblical attitude toward work (job=work=work=business=vocation)?

*The zeal of the LORD of hosts will accomplish this (Isaiah 9:7) *This is what the Sovereign LORD says: I am now zealous for my holy name, to bring back the captivity of Jacob, and to all the house of Israel. He will show mercy (Ezekiel 39:25) *The remnant will come out of Jerusalem, and those who escape will come out of Mount Zion. He endured the heat, suffered the cold at night, and had no time to put on the snow (Genesis 31:40) *Working with one hand, holding a weapon with the other, he did not take off his clothes when he slept; (Nehemiah 4:15-23) *Have you seen a man who is sincere in his business? Such a man will stand before kings, and not before lowly ones (Proverbs 22:29) Do it all, for there is no work, no plan, neither wisdom, nor knowledge in Hades, into which you are going (Ecclesiastes 9:10) * When Jesus entered the house, the crowds were gathered together again, and there was no time to eat (Mark 3:20). , Mark 6:30-31) *What you need to ask of those in charge is loyalty (1 Corinthians 4:2) *Be wholehearted in all these things, so that your progress may be made visible to all (1 Timothy 4:15).

3. How do you do your job (job=job=work=business=vocation=job)?

first. Loyalty (zeal=passion=passion=zeal=enthusiasm). God works with the heart. Jesus worked without time to eat. Jacob worked for a long 20 years with no time to open his eyes. Nehemiah worked during the day with a hammer in one hand and a sword in the other, and did not take off his clothes at night. The apostle Paul deserved hospitality a hundred times, but he did a terrible job for his own food. The biblical attitude toward work is, in a word, loyalty. No matter how amazing my talents, great brains, and grand ambitions are, if they are not loyal to their assignments, they are only bright apricots.

The German historian Theodor Mommsen (1817-1903), who wrote the history of Rome, after comparatively studying Julius Caesar and Pompey, argued that the only difference between them was loyalty (passion = passion). The dynamic force that moves history is passion. It is passion which dynamize history. Without passion, there is no genius. Note: The Fountain of the Word, Volume 6 Classical Art No. 358.

second. Working beyond the expectations of others. Most people want to be successful. However, regardless of East and West, only about 5% of people succeed, and the remaining 95% of people are doing just fine. Why? Successful people always overcome any obstacles and work beyond the expectations of others (customer satisfaction - customer satisfaction - customer fainting). On the other hand, unsuccessful people don't always work as much or as much as they get.

Human relationships are "give and take". Here is the problem. Successful people give first and receive later. On the other hand, most people take first, then give later, as much or less (Take and Give). There is a saying in our proverb that “there is no business that is spread and ruined”. The Bible says that it is more blessed to give than to receive (Acts 20:35). He tells us to treat others as you would like us to be treated (Matthew 7:12). Rather, the Bible tells us to go one step further and work mercifully. The first thing to give is a golden seed! It is diamond seeds that are merciful! is the word.

third. It's about working creatively. The breath of God that God breathed into man = God's image = God's disposition is the power of creation. It is the spirit of renewal. It is the ability to rise and shine. It's creative ability. Creation is not about creating the unheard of. Creativity isn't about taking on one's duties with an old-fashioned attitude, but how can we find a better way, better design, better way, and better technology? with deep interest in
