: The great evidence of salvation is the subject of this text

How can we know that we are saved?

Is the gospel of salvation true?

How do we know that Jesus Christ is the true Son of God, the Messiah, and the Savior?

1. The Power of Salvation (11)

2. The Importance of Salvation (12-15)

3. Evidence of Salvation (16-21)

1. The Power of Salvation (11)

We will be given eternal life and more. (11)

: We will soon have ample access to the kingdom of Christ our Savior.

* “In abundance” refers to abundance.

How can we be assured that we will enter the kingdom of heaven abundantly?

: These things are possible because we work hard to achieve salvation (see 1 Peter 1:4).

(Matthew 25:34-36, 2 Corinthians 4:17, 1 Peter 1:3-4, 2 Peter 1:11)

2. The Importance of Salvation (12-15)

One). They are so important that Peter always tries to preach and teach.

These things that make up salvation are taught repeatedly.

2). They are important enough to remind Peter to do these while he is alive.

I had to remind myself of these things over and over again while I was alive.

This was all Peter had to do.

3). They tell the believers to think about these things and do them even after Peter's death.

It's important enough to try.
