5 minute video sermon (Passion part of the Passion of the Christ)
Today is Palm Sunday. It is the day Jesus entered Jerusalem riding on a donkey. This content is called the New Testament of the Old Testament. Tomorrow is a difficult week. He was arrested on Thursday and died on the cross on Friday. It was prophesied through the prophet Isaiah.
1. Appearance of the suffering servant
Isaiah 53:1 Who has believed our report? to whom has the arm of the LORD been revealed?
Isaiah 53:2 He grows up before the Lord, like a tender shoot, like a stem on dry ground, having no form or appearance, there is nothing beautiful in our eyes that we should adore.
Isaiah 53:3 He was despised and rejected by men; he was afflicted and acquainted with suffering, as one who hides his face from men and is despised, and we do not esteem him.
? What we told - Who believed what we heard? To whom has the arm of the LORD been revealed?
Yeon Han-sun- The Davidic royal family that was cut off, returned to the Babylonian captivity, but the Davidic royal family conquered by Rome was cut off. But Christ came as King in the severed royal family. The arm of the LORD appeared. It symbolizes the power of Jehovah.
?Dry land - When Jesus, the Messiah, is born, it is really like dry land. The surrounding environment is a Roman vassal state. It is a dark age in which humanity was lost due to corruption and corruption. Jesus did not go smoothly from birth and growth.
?admiration - and outwardly there was nothing to admire. Outwardly, he didn't feel very attractive in the eyes of humans. The light came, but the darkness did not understand it. not welcomed I saw him as a carpenter's son.
?Contempt - suffering (艱苦) 1. Poor and suffering. 2. The situation is difficult and difficult (there is a lot of pain, suffering, and sorrow due to the corrupted times and hardened heart)
?Sickness- Illness, anxiety, and disaster (humanity that feels the same as humans)
Like a leper, he was utterly turned away - with his face covered, he was despised as one who was not seen, and we did not esteem him.
2. Purpose of the Passion of the Servant of Jehovah (Christ the death row)
Isaiah 53:4 Surely he hath borne our sorrows and carried our sorrows; but we thought that he was chastised, smitten by God, and afflicted.
Isaiah 53:5 He was pierced for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities; His discipline gave us peace, His wounds we are healed.
Isaiah 53:6 We all, like sheep, have gone astray, each of us has turned to his own way; the LORD has laid on him the iniquity of us all
Isaiah 53:7 He was oppressed and afflicted, yet he did not open his mouth; like a lamb to the slaughter, and a sheep silent before its shearers, so he did not open his mouth.
Isaiah 53:8 He was humiliated and tried and brought away; who of his generation thought that he was cut off from the land of the living, for the transgression of my people, who deserved punishment?
? The Purpose of His Passion: To die for my sins, for the sins of mankind, this must be believed.
John 3:16 God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.

there's nothing. To keep the will of the Lord and to love, not to betray this grace of the Lord, to love one another, the Lord's last commandment, to obey the Word of the Lord, and to preach the gospel to those who do not know this precious love. Congratulations on becoming such a saint.
