Title: Moses' petition/Numbers 11:10-15
Content 10. Moses' petition
Numbers 11:10-15
When the people's dissatisfaction reached its peak, Moses was impatient and spoke to the people. “Isn’t it too much to do? Even after experiencing so many miracles of God so far, no one is giving thanks, but only complaining and resenting… How long will you continue your childlike faith who swallows when it is sweet and spit it out when it is bitter? I'm tired now too. I have no desire to guide you any more.”
Despite Moses' rebuke and rebuke, the people show no sign of remorse, and the agitation shows no sign of subside. Moses was discouraged. Frustrated. It was so hard that I wanted to scream with all my might. Moses was greatly discouraged and eventually went to God.
“God, why are you tormenting me? Why did you choose me to entrust this people? To me, these people are too much of a burden. Did I conceive this people? How could I not produce them, so why does God tell me to embrace them with the heart of raising children and go to the promised land of Canaan? The people are crying out for meat like that, so where can you get so much meat? I can't afford it anymore on my own. If you're going to keep doing this, please kill me. Then why don't you look like this?
The more difficult the times, the greater the weight of responsibility required by the times for leaders. Our society today faces the same difficulties. But now is not the time to waste time and energy in complaining and shouting for great rewards. You must quickly get out of this boring dark tunnel with dialogue and concessions. Now is the time to unite together and rush to dominate the global market.
This is because the lost self-esteem and spirit of the past can only be restored and protected by our hands.
