Title: Mother's plea (Matthew 15:21-28)
Contents The text is a record of what happened when Jesus brought his disciples into the region of Sidon. A Canaanite woman came to Jesus and begged him to spare his dying daughter. But somehow, Jesus showed a cold attitude toward this woman and refused, saying, "I am not sent anywhere but the lost sheep of the house of Israel." Then this woman clinged to Jesus more earnestly. But Jesus still calmly replied, "It is not right to take the children's bread and throw it to the dogs." At this time, the woman said, "Surely, Lord, even dogs eat the crumbs that fall from their master's clothes." Then Jesus said, "Great is your faith, and it will be done as you wish." And her daughter was healed.

"It is not right to take the children's bread and throw it to the dogs." However, when this woman also received such disrespect, she did not get angry, but instead affirmed, "That's right." It was sweetly abused for the sake of her daughter. God's grace comes to those who can humble themselves. "That's right," this mother was a humble mother who was sweetly subjected to such contempt, disdain and abuse.
Second, she is the mother of faith.
"Even dogs eat the crumbs that fall from their master's table." This answer is a mother's plea for her daughter, so Jesus had no choice but to answer these words. Mother's strong faith moved Jesus' heart. My mother's great faith was stronger than steel.
This mother had a strong belief that 'I am also a child of God', even though she was a dog-like stranger and a daughter possessed by a vicious demon. Furthermore, he firmly believed that Jesus had the power of God to heal his daughter. "....
