Mystery of the Empty Tomb (John 10:1-10)
Dear saints, Today is Easter Sunday. On this glorious Easter Sunday morning, I bless you all with the blessing of victory through our risen Lord. The Egyptians boast of Pyramids. To brag about the grave. Also, in Buddhism, the ashes of Shakyamuni are put in a bowl made of gold and silver, buried in the ground, and a pagoda is built on top of it, and so-called stupas are worshiped. Even in Confucianism, the tombs of Mencius of Confucius and Jongmyo are built and a large ancestral rite is held every year. But Christianity has no grave to be proud of. Jesus Christ died on the cross, and his body was buried in the tomb of Joseph of Arimathea according to Jewish burial law. But Jesus Christ was resurrected on the third day and his tomb was empty. This morning, I want to share grace with you while thinking about the “empty tomb of Jesus”.
I. confirmation of the resurrection
II. mystery of life
Ⅲ. source of courage
Dear all! The empty tomb of Jesus Christ confirms the fact that Jesus Christ was resurrected. It shows the mystery of life, the power of life. It is a source of courage for those who believe. On this blessed Easter Sunday, I pray that the spiritual blessings of the empty tomb of Jesus Christ will fill us all.
