Title: New Creation / Luke 15:32
Content New creation / Luke 15:32
Key Verse: “We ought to rejoice and rejoice” (Luke 15:32).
Second, the characteristic of sinners is that they fail in everything they do and are never satisfied. The prodigal son inherited an inheritance from his father and brought a lot of money, but it was all gone. And it is very difficult to live in a famine. Life as a slave, as a dead man, as a lost man. He lost his honor, his father's house, his brothers and his joy.
Third, those who are far from God have no help from any creature. Even the prodigal son was rejected by the prostitute, the foreigner, and the pig owner. He was also abandoned by his older brother.
Such a prodigal son turned around and suddenly realized that “Now is the time to act responsibly in my life,” and immediately turned around. Then he went to his father and begged him to repent and accept him as a servant and not as a son. In 1 Corinthians 15:9, Paul confessed, “I am the least of the apostles, and I am not worthy to be called an apostle, because I persecuted the church of God.” May all of us now choose to escape from the prodigal life and return to our fathers.
Prayer: God eagerly awaits even when he wanders like the prodigal son. May your life be truly transformed. I pray in Jesus name. Amen.
