Title - Object of Salvation

Among those who do not believe in Jesus, there are those who promise that they will be saved automatically because their family is a Christian family for generations.

Husbands often claim that otherwise they will automatically enter heaven because of the faith and prayers of their zealous wives.

However, we must not overlook the fact that salvation is never achieved by other people's confession of faith.

No matter how outstanding a person may be in this world, or no matter how insignificant being in this world, God is interested in each soul and is providing the grace of salvation through each confession of faith.

Then, how does God call our lives, and how is he bestowing the grace of salvation?

Yehwa - Near and Far

1. Calling each person by name

God loves life, but sometimes he expresses his love for a nation or a group of people.

However, this does not mean that God is disregarding the individual in that group.

Rather, God wants to meet each person individually, and He is pleased to call each person by name.

That's right.

Before calling the nation of Israel, God called an individual named Moses, and before leading the work of salvation for the Gentiles, God called an individual named Paul.

Therefore, each of us should value personal fellowship with God and always listen to God's calls and demands.

Yehwa-Seil

One of the words that concerns our reality these days is the phenomenon of polarization. Various problems caused by the phenomenon of the poor, the poor and the rich are lurking in various parts of society. It was because of this polarization that the Inca Empire in South America collapsed. If the community is polarized, healthy development cannot be guaranteed. The conflict deepens, eventually destroying the sense of community. Today is the era of information revolution. A person who sits still cannot follow the flow of the world. We are now in an era of information flooding. How many others have been left behind in the process?

2. Wanting each soul's individual response

Just because Israel was the chosen people, it does not mean that all the Israelites were saved.

Among them, there were people like Achan, who was enslaved by greed and perishing; there were people like Saul who was abandoned by God because of disobedience;

From that point of view, it can be seen that salvation does not come from belonging to a certain group.

Salvation is only achieved through individual confession of faith before God.

In the end, we can see that each individual is an individual and independent being who is responsible for their own destiny before God.

God loved each one of us, who is inconspicuous as dust, and caused His only begotten Son, Jesus Christ, to suffer terribly on the cross for each of us.

Having received this wonderful love, we should be able to personally make a full profession of faith.

And we must be able to come before God as an independent being and have endless spiritual fellowship with Him every day.

Illustration - light cross

I got married when I was in the graduating class of seminary. When I was 26 years old, the sisters I met for the first time were very bright and positive. He was thought of as someone who would bear the cross with him all his life and serve the Lord. The third time we met, I had the courage to propose. “Marry me.” “They told me to carry that heavy cross. I cannot carry such a heavy cross.” “Sister, there is a cross that every Christian must bear. Do you have a light cross?” She couldn't answer any more. Eventually, she accepted my proposal and got married, and they have been serving the Lord's Church together for 30 years.

Dear saints,

Please remember that Jesus died on the cross for our sins, so it is natural for each of us to take up the cross given to us and go to heaven.
