1. Lord's Day (1-3)
※ The Lord's Day is the day when God's wrath will come upon all human vileness, wickedness, and uncleanness.
It is the day when God's judgment on unbelievers begins.
One). Be careful not to be condescending or afraid. (1~2)
※ Because I was under severe persecution, I was agitated and afraid. What to keep in mind
① We look forward to the coming of the Lord and our gathering together before Him, but not to the judgment to come. : This is Paul's earnest appeal.
② No spirit, no so-called spiritual word, no letter or anything from a spiritual person concerning the day of the Lord.
It should not agitate or frighten you.
* Most manuscripts and commentators translate it and render it as “the Lord’s day” rather than “the day of Christ.”
2). Don't be deceived (3)
※ The great and dreadful day of the Lord will not come until the following two events occur.
① The first event that begins the day of the Lord is the apostasy of the believers.
*There will be a tragic event of apostasy, rebellion, and rioting millions of people all over the world will apostate.
② The second time that will bring the day of the Lord will be the advent of the man of lawlessness, the Antichrist, the son of perdition.
* The antichrist is the son of sin, the son of perdition, and there is only one most heinous one on earth. (singular)
2. Antichrist (4-9)
※ I am not talking about many enemies in history.
※ The Antichrist will be filled with the most evil Satan's spirit and will be used as Satan's instrument.

① Right now, there is a force that prevents the Antichrist from appearing. However, when that time comes, the forces that block it will “back down” and that is when the Antichrist appears in the world.
② The “secret of illegality” is now active in the world.
* God will remove much of the power that is preventing iniquity. It is part of the judgment of the world.
③ The Antichrist Will Appear
* He reveals his atrocities naked and no longer works in secret.
* They will indulge in a lust for more and suffer internal misery.
4). There is the end of the Antichrist. (8)
※ When the Lord returns, the Antichrist will be destroyed quickly.
① He will destroy the Antichrist with “the breath of his mouth” (the Spirit of truth, holiness, and infinite power).
② The coming of the Lord of glory will destroy the Antichrist by “appearing” (coming).

5). The work of the antichrist is to carry out the works of Satan. (9)
