Topic: Onions and life. Matthew 6:34
Onions have a spicy and disgusting smell when eaten raw, but when cooked in oil or mixed well with other side dishes, they become soft and sweet.
It is as if it represents the rough behavior of an inexperienced person and the refined personality of a mature person. Onions are similar in shape and color to oranges in many ways.
However, the most fundamental difference is that one is a fruit that opens in the air and the other is a root that grows buried in the soil.
This means that human life, whether we like it or not, should be buried in the soil of reality. No matter how difficult and dark reality is, we have to take root and live there.
Even if you fall, you have to stand up. Even if you dream of flying in the sky, you have to soar from the ground like a pheasant.
The first onion is spicy enough to make your nose tingle and bring tears to your eyes.
The shape of the onion is round and flat, so it is soft and pretty to look at, but the taste is spicy enough to make the tip of the nose tingle and bring tears to my eyes. Some are spicy enough to tingle the tip of the tongue and make your heart ache.
Our life is also bitter and bitter rather than sweet. Jacob said, "The days of the sojourner were 130 years of hardship" (Genesis 47:9).
People who leave for a few days overseas travel are very busy. There are so many places to visit and time is short, so after a busy schedule, you have to get on a plane to breathe.
Also, there are many jobs that I received when I came to my home country. So how busy do you have to be? Moreover, when it is time to go back, it is bound to be even busier. what the bible says
The word stranger or passerby refers to such people. In other words, they are people who enter a foreign country with an entry visa on a certain mission and leave when the departure date comes.
We are people who came to this earth on a mission from heaven. They are also people who have traveled to this land for a certain period of time. Even if humans know nothing, they cannot deny two things.
It is the fact that you are born and that one day you will die. But if we forget our hometown and live drunk on this earth, what will those who know our essence think of us?
crazy man! crazy guy! etc... they will treat us like that. There are some things that those who live away from their hometown for a while should not forget. It is your identity.

They are living knowing that they will rot and disappear. And they are living under the illusion that this world is their eternal home.
Once upon a time, there was a popular song that said, “Where does life come from and where does it go?” The stranger in the song is similar to the stranger in today's text.
I think. As a poet once said, “We have no homeland. Hometown is only in the heart.” In fact, we all miss our hometown.
I want to visit the house where I was born, and I also want to visit the playground where I used to play with the local children. However, if you go with expectations, your hometown is long gone. Hometown is in the soul,
We miss our hometown. In other words, I miss the hometown where my soul came from, the kingdom of heaven that remains in my soul.
When this becomes clear, the attitude of life will become clear. Those who seduce travelers are looking for people who live without understanding their subject. When they find a target
Tenaciously bites and sags They demand that they sell their youth and life. Doing so will bring you the greatest happiness in life. They are trying to steal our money and our youth.

People take it very seriously for things or money to be stolen, but do not take it seriously that their lives are stolen.
“You have good conduct among the Gentiles, so that those who accuse you of doing evil may see your good works and give glory to God on the day that they recommend them (1 Peter 2:12).
It is even more uglier for people who claim to know the kingdom of heaven living in the same way as those who do not. That's why a dog covered in dung will laugh at a dog covered in chaff.
Those who know the kingdom of heaven should live like children of heaven. That is why we must show our lives to those who do not know the kingdom of heaven.
The second onion has no special kernel.
Our life is just a shell. When you remove yourself, there is nothing left. Therefore, we should not take each other's lives carelessly.
It is just a process of running from today to tomorrow, from tomorrow to the eternal kingdom of the Lord. Nevertheless, a bud bursts out of the shell.
Life gets caught up in nihilism when you peel it off, but when you accept and embrace the whole, a new sprout of life emerges. In life, you can't let go of the past and you can't ignore today.
We must live the present faithfully toward the promise we made with the Lord. Therefore, do not be anxious about tomorrow, for tomorrow you will be concerned, and one day of suffering is sufficient for that day (Matthew 6:34).
Worry is something that anyone can easily do as a habit. If you say you shouldn't, do it again, and if you don't, do it first. Some people liken anxiety to fog.
Anxiety may seem insignificant at first like a glass of water, but if left unchecked, it can turn into a mist that can cover our inner world. then you won't see anything
Neither God, nor his promises, nor the hand of answers catches our eye. Looking at the world going on, it seems that many worries often haunt us. how will we do it? Living according to the word of the Lord.
Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God (Philippians 4:6).
There is an interesting anecdote about Newton. Newton, who was sitting by the stove reading a book, suddenly called out to the maid in a loud voice and said to turn down the flame because the stove is too hot.
It is difficult to reduce the stove immediately because it uses firewood to start a fire. It's not as easily controlled as today's electric or gas fires. How do you lower a burning wood fire?
The maid looked at him for a moment and then said with a smile. Can't the teacher move the chair back a little? Turning the lights down and moving the chair back. Which one would be easier?
Now Newton didn't realize the trivial fact that he had to slide his chair back to think about something so important.
Which one should I think of first? What should I focus on? usually anxious. People who worry a lot start thinking about trivial things, while worrying.
People who live positively without worries think about what's important first. Depending on what you think about, the results will be different. Worrying makes God invisible,
They forget and deny the great love of God they have received during this time. Surrounded by anxiety, I feel like I've never been loved,
I feel like there is no one I can truly trust around me. Such anxiety leads to falling into unbelief, losing life, and forgetting even the most precious and precious love of God.
Beloved, I hope that you will be used in the new work of revealing the glory of God in the grace of God during this year given to us.
