Title: Only He Knows

Contents, dear saints! Job 23 is Job's response to Eliphaz, which records the honesty of Job's actions and future trials. Do you appeal to God when you are vaguely suffering and misunderstood? Job said, “How can I know where I will find God? Then I will go before the throne, plead before him, and fill my mouth with disgrace, and I will know what you say to me, and I will understand what you say to me. At a time of frustration and distress, Job sought God.

First, Job trusted that God would hear his appeal.

That is, he will have great power and will not quarrel with me, but will listen to me. There I believed that an upright man could contend with him, and I would be freed from the judge forever (Job 23:6-8). Also, on the other hand, they sought God and waited for his answer, but there was no answer, so they complained of sorrow. I can't see you.

Second, Job interprets his trials as discipline, because God knows his ways and circumstances.

Therefore, the results of his training were interpreted as the training of pure gold. And he confessed that he walked carefully along the path of his life and did not turn left or right. Therefore, Job himself valued the word of God more than a certain amount of food. The reason he acted like that was because he feared and honored God's will, his providence, and his decrees. If it is in his heart he will do it, and then he will accomplish what he has decreed for me (Job 23:13-14).

Dear saint! Let us exercise obedience to God's providence. There is no error or bias in his plans. Job's feelings and attitude at that time clearly accepted his trials as a refinement, and he received the results by faith. It is written that his expectation was that he did not hide my face with darkness. Therefore, let us believe that He knows when we are in the process of trials and trials. -Amen-
