Title: Open Our Eyes
Contents
May our eyes be opened...
When we talk about faith, we often use the word 'be born again'. It means that you see something you haven't seen before.
During this season, apply the eye drops that the Holy Spirit gives you so that the scales in your eyes disappear and you can see a new level of faith.
1. Thinking that something does not exist is called a delusion, an illusion, or an illusion.
Due to personal weakness, ignorance, and false convictions, many people live in the world looking for nothing.
The woman in the novel, Maupassant's Necklace, loses the necklace she borrowed and has to hang on to it all her life to earn money to buy the same necklace. But the lost necklace was a fake!
The Old Testament speaks of idols as “thinking that there is something that does not exist and relying on it in vain”.
And that is the greatest rebellion against God. Golden Calf - They eat and drink and run in front of them, thinking that their fate depends on it, which is only a fake necklace.
The same is true of the story of the crippled man sitting in front of the beautiful gate of the temple in the book of Acts.
He's spent his whole life staring at a few coins - a few coins that have no power to build his life up.
What is Faith? It is a life free from the delusion and delusion of thinking that there is something that does not exist.
Lord, give me the eyes of faith to see rightly what is not.
2. Thinking that something exists and does not exist?? is called despair, self-deprecation, and abandonment.
This is the case with the two disciples of Emmaus and the disciples who spent all night on the sea of Tiberias.
Thomas was like that, and so was the disciples who were gathered in the attic. There is no 'resurrection' for them.
There is no promise from the Lord that He will rise again and appear with them.
Thinking that there is something that is not is also rebellion against God, but thinking that there is something that is not there? discouragement, giving up,
Despair is also a great sin before God. - Because you are denying God's promises and power!
There is a story like this in a book called "Chunro Retrograde". As the two of them went towards the heavens, they were trapped in a castle called ??Despair??.
There was no way out. They struggled all night until dawn when they first set out on the road,
??Appointment?? I remembered the key. A key called ??Promise?? that can open all doors!
What is faith - discouragement thinking that there is nothing. Self-deprecation of giving up now that I'm wrong,
It is the ability to break free from despair.
It is a life that opens all the doors of despair with the key of promise. ??
All the hard work and effort I could have ended,?? However, God's hard work and effort still remain.
To have the eyes of the soul to see is faith.
Lord, give me the eyes of faith to see what is and is in this season.
3. The rich fool mistakenly thought that storehouses and increasing wealth would save him. A warehouse is a thing without it.
What do we live by seeing?
Do we live by believing in this non-existent thing? Do we live by saying that we do not have certain things?
Clear our eyes this season. So let me see things that are not as things that are not, and things that are things that are things that are there.
May this season be when all the scales of love and illusion, and the scales of despair and inertia, disappear from our eyes.
I wish you earnestly.
