Please open your eyes. John 9:30-41 2010 March New Moon Service

We certainly live in an era where space travel and real-time video calls are possible. Whatever your question, as long as you have an internet connection, you can find out by doing a search. You can even search the front yard of the Blue House using Google. When you go to a hospital, you can check your body speed thanks to MRI (magnetic resonance tomography). A new machine these days is said to be able to scan all the vital organs of our body, from the head to the pelvis, in just five minutes. The recently published study of the brain confirms what we have only guessed. Nevertheless, no matter how modern the equipment and systems are, there are areas that remain unknown. You cannot know your own mind, let alone the minds of others. No one can look into it.

This is because only those with open spiritual eyes can see.

Humans not only have physical eyes, which are the eyes, but also spiritual eyes, which are spiritual eyes. However, there are people whose physical eyes have been opened but their spiritual eyes have not. We call such a person spiritually blind. They believe only in what they see. Trust only what is given to you. However, true believers are those who have opened their spiritual eyes and have open eyes to see God.

The blind man testified to the Pharisees how great the miracles that had happened to them were. It is said that since the creation of the world, there has never been a sight of a man born blind. And I asked, "Is not the one who performed these miracles devout enough to be able to hear God's words?" At this point, the Jews were outraged and said, “Do you teach us?” and chased him away. This is the reaction of the world's unbelief toward the gospel. Humans have made scientific progress and great academic achievements with their physical eyes. Spiritual things that cannot be seen by them are futile. They ridicule Christians and the gospel by saying, “Who do you dare to teach?” Without the light of God's grace, we have no choice but to live in ignorance with our spiritual eyes closed. Only when God opens our eyes can we see the truth and rejoice.

God blesses the new month, March, when God puts eye drops on the closed spiritual eyes of all of our members who are attending the New Moon service, so that they can see the truth and live a joyful life.

Jesus came to the blind man again and told him that he was the one who opened his eyes. And he asked if he believed in the Son of Man. He answers. “Lord, I believe,” he bowed. If you believe in Jesus with a pure heart, you will be saved. Those who were blind have opened not only the eyes of the body but also the eyes of the soul. When you meet Jesus, this kind of work happens. We also bless the month of March, when the same grace will come to all the members of the New Moon service today, so that the spiritual eyes will be wide open and you will see the secret things of heaven at home.

Jesus says that He will come as the Lord of Judgment so that those who do not see may see and those who see may become blind. A certain Pharisee asked if we were blind too. Regarding this, Jesus says that those who do not acknowledge that they are spiritually blind are guilty.

Dear saints, you are ill, so you need to get surgery right away. That being said, even if you put aside ten days, you should be on the operating table. If you believe in your own thoughts and say that you are okay, but ignore the doctor's diagnosis, the disease will deepen and you will not be able to recover. Therefore, if you have been diagnosed with the Lord, who is the only spiritual doctor, you must quickly admit it, declare that you are a sinner, and ask for the grace of forgiveness. Otherwise, if you persist until the end, you will eventually lose your chance and live forever blind, and you will never experience God's blessings.

Conclusion) In today's world, only what we see is the truth. They mistakenly believe that what they see with their physical eyes is everything. I hope you can admit that there are not just all the stars in the night sky, but many more galaxies our eyes cannot discern. This is the grace given when we look to Jesus Christ, who is the truth, under the light of God's grace. As the eyes of faith are wide open in the new moon, I bless you that you will receive all the blessings of God and enjoy wonderful miracles as your own.
