Title (I) Our Salvation (Ephesians 1:3~14)
Contents
From now on, I will continue to preach about salvation and the principle of salvation. Today, I want to give you great grace when I preach on that introduction.
First, our salvation is eternally praiseworthy.
① When Paul was going to talk about our salvation, the first thing he said was, “Blessed is the praises,” and he began by exclaiming thanks and admiration. ② A hymn is when the grace and love received are so great that the heart of gratitude is exploding to an extreme and bursting with poetry and song. ③ This is because they admired the unfathomable and unfathomable grace because the salvation we have received and the grace of salvation that we will receive is so great, valuable, precious, honorable, glorious, and blessed. ④ Our salvation grace is all spiritual blessings in heaven (verse 3). ⑤ This blessing does not belong to a perishable world, but is eternal in heaven. ⑥ Not mortal, corruptible, disgraceful, imperfect, temporary, but eternal, complete, and glorious. ⑦ Holiness, honor, and perfection is holy, blemish-free and perfect to establish a loving give-and-take relationship with the perfect Lord.
Second, our salvation is to become like Christ.
① “He chose us in Christ before the creation of the world and eternity” (verse 3). ② Why did he choose us to be the object of salvation in Christ? Like Christ, we are made perfect like Christ in the moral aspects of goodness, love, holiness, and truth. for the sake of time ③ It means that Christ is the anointed priest, prophet, and king. ④ The priesthood is the office of giving priest grace to become a priest, the prophetic office is the office of giving the grace of a prophet to become a prophet, and the royal office is the office of granting the grace of the king to become a king. ⑤ The priesthood is the office of connection that destroys sin, injustice, and fire and brings harmony with God; the prophet carries the knowledge and wisdom of God and fills it in those who are reconciled with God; It is the duty of tidying up to rule over all things. ⑥ In this way, as a perfect priest, prophet, and king, he acts on behalf of God to give grace to all things and to rule them.
Third, our salvation is accomplished through regeneration, sanctification, and glorification.
① Before the foundation of the world, regenerates receive salvation in Christ as the object of salvation, receive permission through their parents as the primary purpose, are sent into the world, are called by the Lord, wear the work of redemption from the Lord, receive God's new life, and become children of God, the people of heaven, and new people. It is being born again ② Sanctification is the process of passing through the reality of the world created by the Lord from the moment of being born again to the moment of death through the truth inspiration and obedience driven by the blood of Jesus, and sanctification of mind and body and possessions as the Lord's, that is, the new person. Growing up to reach the fullness of the fullness of this Christ, and building the temple of the body. ④ Regeneration is the result of God's absolute sovereignty, unconditional grace, and independent work, and one becomes an heir of God. Sanctification is the ability of a regenerated person to receive wealth, honor, and glory in direct proportion to the amount of sanctification. When you do, God works sovereignly and makes it happen.
Fourth, our salvation is to glorify his glory.
① He said that the purpose of giving us the grace of regeneration, sanctification and salvation to raise us up to be holy, without blemish, and perfect like Christ is to glorify His grace. ② In other words, by using the power that the Holy Trinity God has nurtured to give grace to all creation, they become those who receive the praise of glory from all creation ③ Glory to God because it is purely because of God's grace that he became a glorified person in this noble position. become a giver of ④ The kingdom of heaven is “a kingdom of righteousness, peace, and joy” (Romans 14:17). That is, it is a kingdom of righteousness where people live in a right relationship between God and me and all things, and it is a country that enjoys the climax of joy in the peace of living in a relationship of reconciliation. ⑤ This is accomplished in a life where we realize God's infinite love and grace, and give thanks and praise to the benefactor.
