Contents Overcoming hardships/Esther 4:12-17
“He spoke to Mordecai in Esther’s words, and Esther gave her orders… ” (Esther 4:12-17)
There are times in life when we are faced with difficult realities. This is called a crisis. However, believers are people who live by turning the crisis of reality into an opportunity. How can we change the difficult reality anew? We need to restore our relationship with God. When life becomes difficult and difficult, you must correct your relationship with God. Because the solution to the problem lies with God. Esther 4:3 says that when all the people died, the Israelites tore their clothes and fell on their faces before God. What we can do in difficult situations is to bow down before God.
To change reality, you must avoid avoiding problems. Esther 4:13 says, “Do not think that Mordecai, by means of him, will answer Esther, because you are in the palace, and among all the Jews you will be alone.” Do not think that Esther will be the only exception when all the people of Israel have died. When faced with difficulties, people tend to avoid reality. Smoke the trick. However, there are no people who do well with those who practice tricks. Running away or cheating is not the solution. Like Esther, you must leave everything to God with the faith that if you die, you will die.
The power to change reality is the power of action. Esther 4:17 says, "Mordecai went and did all that Esther commanded." Christianity is not just a religion of the heart. It's not just a religion. It's not just a listening religion. Religion in action. It is a practiced religion.
Dear brothers and sisters, let's open our hearts now. Take a deep breath and sit down instead of lying down. Let's stand up, not sit. Don't stand up, let's walk. Don't walk, let's run briskly. When we believe in Almighty God and move forward, our difficult reality will change anew. Blessings will be ours. Victory will be ours.
