Title: Path to Blessing
1. There is peace on the good path.
2. Hear the watchman's cry.
3. Give your heart to God.
The people do not listen to the prophet. He also ignores the sound of the watchman's trumpet. This is not hearing the voice of God. Rejecting God's call. What will the results look like? Will it be a blessing? Distrust took root in the people. Negative thoughts are firmly entrenched. God brings calamity to the people. The disaster is the result of their thinking. It is the result of their rejection and abandonment of the Word of God. People don't listen. They don't obey, and they try to give only the outwardly good things. When frankincense and spices of good quality are obtained, they are brought to God. People pretend to obey only on the outside, not on the inside. God wants the heart to be known to the people. “I desire mercy, not sacrifice, but rather the knowledge of God than burnt offering” (Hosea 6:6) Those who know the heart of God come out with even a broken heart. I offer my broken heart before God. God wants a broken heart (Psalm 51:17). Such a person will listen to the Word and obey it. God receives a broken heart and purifies it.
4. If we repent, we become the people of salvation.
