Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God, and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
The world we live in seems to be getting more and more complex. You can send text messages to your cell phone that you used to only make calls, and now you can do a lot of things with it. The world seems to be getting more and more complex. That also means you'll soon have more to worry about. Comparing my childhood and now, when I was young, I only had to wear clothes that my parents gave me to eat and wear, and to do the work and study. But now, after getting married, the relationship has expanded and there are so many things to take care of. Those of you with children will appreciate this even more. From ‘what to wear and what to eat’, ‘how to raise children’, ‘what kind of work should I do’, and ‘how to prepare for old age’, there are many concerns.
These things are very important in our life. If we don't pay attention to these things, we don't know what to do when we are suddenly faced with a certain situation. So, worrying about this kind of life is very natural and we have to take responsibility and solve it. But the problem is our attitude towards it. Paying attention to and paying attention to something produces productive results. But worrying, worrying, worrying, and fearing will only make the situation worse, far from solving the problem. You are subject to that situation. For Christians, anxiety, worry, and anxieties are reasons to shake their faith.

We have 'things to take off' and 'things to wear', and there are 'things to throw away' and 'things to take'. What we need to take off and throw away is ‘worry’, and what we need to wear and take on is ‘prayer’. It is a promise to give you ‘peace’ when you do this.
