Title: Peace of God/28:1-13
Contents
Isaiah, through this text, gives us the merciful quality of God who prefers to forgive rather than to punish.
1. The person who broke the peace
The cause of this is the wall of sin between God and us.
It begins with Adam and continues until the end of history.
This forced man to wander in sin.
The relationship between God and man was maintained at peace by obeying his commands. Unfortunately, however, humans rebelled against it and challenged God.
This broke our peace with God and placed mankind under the dominion of sin, curse, and death.
2. Responding to the Demand for Peace
Rely on the Power of God The first condition for man to be at peace with God is to rely on the power of the Lord.
(1 Corinthians 1:24) But to those who are the called, neither Jew nor Greek
Christ is the power of God and the wisdom of God.
It is holding on to the Lord by faith.
God gives us peace as a gift if we want it. Live a humble life.
In God's eyes, humans are nothing more than 'niece' and 'gyeongguk'.
Paul said that although the Lord was God, he humbled himself by humbling himself as a servant.
It is said to have paved the way for peace between God and man. (Phil 2:5-11)
3. The Blessing of Those Who Restored Peace
Anyone who acknowledges that I am the cause of destroying peace with God and strives for peace
it should be God restores the relationship of peace to that person in return.
By enjoying peace with God
That life will be brought into the light and will be brought to light.
