Title: Peace of the Worshiper

February 21 Psalm 29 <Peace of the Worshipers>
One day while Herod was giving a speech before the people, he heard the people's flattery. There is a record in the Bible that when he heard that his voice was the voice of God, he said it was true, and that he was mistaken for a god and died while trembling with pride. I went to the ruins of Caesarea, where it is said that such a thing happened. Because Herod was not a Jew, he built a temple for the support of the people. This Temple of Herod was probably built on a larger scale than that of Solomon, and at that time a port was built and a city was built. It was also modeled after an amphitheater by the sea, where chariot races could be played. He probably gave a speech at the place where many people had gathered. And people must have flattered for success and prosperity, and at this sound, Herod was puffed up and proud, and he stood at the place where he died. A person must have seen and experienced countless times of becoming arrogant as soon as something goes well just a little. At any rate, when things go well, people think that I have become a special person.
Am I really God's people or am I not? Anything that is God's people is believed to be God's work. So worship is an investment for me. We want to keep this and become the best people of the 21st century.
