Or you became a spectacle to people through slander and tribulation, or you became friends with those in these circumstances, so that you sympathize with the prisoners and have your possessions taken away with joy because you know that you have better and lasting possessions. Therefore, do not forsake your courage, for this will bring you great rewards. You need patience, so that after you have done the will of God, you may receive the promise. After a little while, he who is coming will come, and he will not delay. My righteous will live by faith. And if he goes back, my heart will not rejoice in him. We are not those who retreat back and perish, but those who have faith to the saving of souls (Hebrews 10:33-39).
The writer of Hebrews records the deeds of the great men of faith in this Bible, and tells the history of the unspeakable suffering, persecution, abuse and slaughter in this world. He said it was because he couldn't afford them. The newly translated Bible said that these people were because the world was not a good place to live. This world was not worthy of the true and brave believers. In other words, the world is too narrow to contain one great believer. Because believers are not people who live in this world, but people who lead the world. The fist of a great believer also means that he has the power to knock down the world with one fist. In this world, there are people who are defeated by the unjust world, and there are people who live after defeating this unjust world.
A history has departed from God, and the world cannot live in disobedience to God and indifferent to it. Such a world must be completely defeated. In this respect, a believer is a person who fights against this world. It condemns injustice, denounces injustice, rebukes unbelief, and strikes a blow against the power of the devil who holds the world. Just because the church is secularized doesn't mean that believers should compromise with the world of sin. In any age, the world cannot accept such people because believers must fight against this illegal world. The blood of many believers was shed to fight this battle. But in the end, that blood becomes the foundation, and love blossoms and justice is established in this world.
Believers are not people who are led into this world, but people who lead this world, so this world cannot handle them. If you put a bridle on a young calf for the first time and lead it, it will not follow you at all. In the same way, the world is rebelling against the righteous people's attraction. This world abandons him so as not to be led by a believer who wants to lead the world right away. This hardened world will stone him and betray him. Nevertheless, great believers must lead the world and bring it to the presence of God. The world cannot bear such a man, so he kills and persecutes him. Great believers make this world and are not built by the world.
Today, many believers live on this earth. However, we do not know how many believers are really destroying the unjust world without being eaten by this world. Today, it is impossible to know how many people of faith who lead the world without being dragged into this world, who lead their society to God. Today, we do not know how many co-workers with God on this earth are really making the world according to God's will. We long for the emergence of many great men of faith that this generation cannot dare to bear. God is looking forward to the coming of His co-workers in this age.
