Title: People Who Pray for Peace (October 8)
Contents
Christians are people who pray for peace with each other. If we sincerely pray for each other's peace, hatred and strife will disappear. When Jesus sent His disciples into the world, He said, “Pray for peace” when you meet someone. It will be a blessing for those who accept it, but for those who do not accept it, a life without peace will be left behind. In order to become an evangelist with a heart for peace, we need to think about a few things together.
Before we can deliver peace, we must first have peace. Without peace, even if you want to spread peace, your heart for peace itself cannot be true peace. Last year, 14,000 people gave up their lives and committed suicide in despair. It is because they have been living a difficult life and have become discouraged and unable to find hope. If these were people who knew God's love and learned how to be at peace with God, they would not have ended their precious lives by suicide. Those who teach hope to those who are in despair and show hope through a life of making and protecting peace are those who sincerely pray for peace.
If we have peace, we must have gratitude in our hearts. Gratitude is not a condition of life, but an attitude of life. A grateful person is deeply conscious and not frivolous. He does not easily resent and complain about others. Because there are things to be grateful for in your life. A person without gratitude is arrogant and arrogant. Therefore, it is easy to grumble, complain, and criticize others. An arrogant person lives according to their desires to satisfy their arrogance. However, Christians live a life of gratitude and satisfaction with what has been given rather than the expectation of fulfillment of desire. Through this life of gratitude, we can lead our neighbors to the path of peace and trust in God.
