Title (II) Perfect Blessed Freedom (John 8:31~36)
Contents
If you can't live with perfect and blessed freedom, you can only live with imperfect, pseudo-blessed freedom, freedom that leads to anger, and freedom that leads to death.
“Therefore Jesus said to the Jews who believed in him,”
① What Jesus said to the Jews, who were the chosen people at the time, He was speaking to us who believe in Jesus today. ② “If ye abide in my word” is “not abiding”. ③ At that time, there were Jews who killed Jesus, but the Jews who believed in Jesus did not live according to the words of Jesus. ④ Hearing the word of Jesus, he knew it, recognized it, remembered it, and realized it, but he did not live the life of salvation because he did not live according to the word and practiced the word, focusing on himself, if it was beneficial, he did it, and if it was a loss, he did not do it. ⑤ Even today, there are many such saints. This kind of faith is a spectator believer without self-denial (Matt. 16:24) who wants to believe in Jesus. Since he is not a believer, he must examine himself and repent immediately.
“If you abide in my word”
① “Residence” means that the word of God lives in me, but living in me means that the word of God becomes king in me, I become his people, God’s word becomes the subject, and I and my possessions become possessive. It refers to the state of achieving salvation whenever my mind and body move under complete control over my dominion, my temper, my stubbornness, my will, my emotions, my personality, my body, and my possessions. ③ For example, as the “seed” in an egg eats the yolk and white and becomes a chick, ④ the spirit, the life, and the everlasting word (John 6:63-68), the ever-living God, the incorruptible seed that causes regeneration The Word of God feeds the mind, body, and possessions in the saints as food, and the new man who is sanctified with the attributes and personality of Jesus and is regenerated grows to the fullness of the fullness of Christ (Eph 4:13-14).
“Becoming a true disciple”
① “True disciples” means there are false disciples, but like the Jews who believed in Jesus at the time of Jesus, even today, there are believers who do not live in the Word and do not achieve salvation, and there are bystanders who try to believe in Jesus. ② “True disciple” refers to those who have inherited the wisdom, knowledge, thought, spirit, attributes, personality, life, work, and life of Jesus by living in the Word of God and become the heirs of Jesus. ③ Jesus comes to us with the word of truth and the spirit of inspiration because we cannot bear it when dealing with us as God in person, so we receive the truth and inspiration as the master of our body, and our body, mind, body, and possessions are fully immersed in the inspiration of the truth. When you become a passive person, you become a true disciple, and the person of a true disciple grows.
“Know the truth”
① “Knowing the truth” does not mean knowing the truth intellectually, but uniting the Lord and I who came through the word of truth and inspiration into one. ② It will be said that briquettes are eaten by fire and become a ball of fire.
“The truth will set you free”
① Freedom is to do whatever you want, according to your wishes, desires, and plans. To do this, you must have the highest authority and ability. ② The mayor is the mayor, the mayor is the mayor... The prime minister is the president and the president is not free as long as there is the president of the world's largest country , to become a completely blessed free person, you must have the authority and power of God, who is the supreme authority in heaven and on earth. ③ Therefore, as the saying goes, “You will know the truth, and the truth will set you free, those who are united with God who is truth will become truly free and completely free through God who is truth.” ④ The God who is the truth is completely free in me, so I am completely free through the God who is completely free. ⑤ If I completely deny myself to the Lord and keep the Word of truth so that the truth is free, the Lord will completely protect me and set me free. ⑥ Daniel did not forsake the Lord, but left himself to keep the Lord and went into the lions' den, and the Lord kept Daniel and took responsibility. ⑦ When you become truly free, God becomes my God, and all of God becomes mine.
