Philippians 1:9-10 worthy life
-----------------------------------------------------
Since last week, we have made it a special period for one life and salvation, and December 17th was held as Total Mobilization Sunday, renewing our resolve. We always have something to say. Let's start by praying before making plans. Once you have made a plan, don't let go of the prayer line until it is fulfilled. Let's follow along. (Relief) Han Life. one word. for salvation. Let's do our best until the end. I can do it. the Lord's work. i do Hallelujah!
1. I prayed that the knowledge of love might abound.
Knowledge is epignose. "It means to know or understand. To understand. (knowlege) It is not just a theory. It emphasizes knowledge accompanied by love. There is no love in the knowledge children are learning in school now. It is just a theory. But that doesn't mean that theory isn't necessary, it would be a bonus if knowledge was accompanied by life and love.
Today, Paul is asking the Philippian church members to study the Bible, but rather, he is emphasizing “knowledge that we share with love.” With the development of industrial society and science, knowledge and culture are developing, but faith and love are waning. Paul wants to grow in faith and knowledge today. Usually, if the body is not growing, doctors diagnose that you have a disease. If your faith does not grow, you have a spiritual problem. Whether it was lack of development, lack of education, or lack of a teacher, there was no effort. If there is no development, the body retreats. Without education, habits are lost. Without a teacher, there is disorder and confusion. Jesus is the teacher. You are the organizer of education. Jesus wants our faith to grow and our love to abound.
*Growing up in the life of faith is fundamental.
There is some evidence of growth.
There must be fruit in life. (2 Corinthians 9:10)
We must become like Jesus. (Ephesians 4:15)
The life of love and faith must also grow (1 Thessalonians 3:12)
We must grow through the Word in all things (1 Peter 2:2).
Virtue in life is the fruit of growth (1 Peter 1:5-6)
We do not retreat only when our knowledge grows (2 Peter 3:18).
Now autumn is over and winter is fast approaching. People say autumn is the harvest season. It is called the season of fruit. It is said that it is the season of cheongomabi among the old sayings. It is said to be the season when horses gain weight. I pray that your faith will also gain weight and become a season of growth. In Hebrews 11:1, it says, “Faith is the evidence of things hoped for.” What is the evidence of faith in Jesus? What happened after you left the church? Did you have a change of heart? Was it filled with confidence and hope? I pray that the evidence is clear. If you have faith, you will be rich. Even if you do not have material things, you can have satisfaction. I pray that you acquire the evidence of faith in your life.
2. It was said that love should be abundant with understanding.
The general name is Ice Dessey. It's like "intelligent life. intelligent life. clever thinking". In English, they are called intelligens. Wisdom. Faith is good too. Love is good too. I pray that wisdom and faith and love be with you.
*Why do we need intelligence or wisdom? All you need is faith. What do you need wisdom? What do you need a gun name for? Some of you will question this. It's an unknown sound. Wisdom enhances faith. Wisdom promotes love. Wisdom changes lives. someone is like that A foolish person seeks wealth and fame, and a wise person seeks wisdom.
On the night of the death of King William IV of England, a woman was crowned king in the court. She is Queen Victoria. She was on the throne for 64 years. England's prosperity was achieved during this Queen Victoria's reign. It was the days of Queen Victoria when the sun never set under the Union Jack, the flag of England. Few kings have ever been as great as Queen Victoria in the history of mankind. But as soon as she heard that she had become king, she immediately knelt down and opened the Bible. For a while, I prayed over the Bible, which never left my arms. “Lord, when I become queen, let me govern according to the word of God.” Queen Victoria settled everything in the Word of God and governed through prayer. One day a prince from India came to Queen Victoria and asked:
"What's the secret to being so good at politics?" Queen Victoria opened her Bible and said, "This is it."
The Bible is power. It works according to how people receive it. People who have faith use it like dynamite. But without faith, even dynamite is used like nothing. The Word of God is a book written by the Spirit. So you can feel God's breath of life. To become a powerful Christian, you must experience the power of the Word. If you believe in it, accept it, and live it, it will come true.
Solomon ascended to the throne at a young age and asked God for wisdom to distinguish between good and evil (1 Kings 3:9). Wisdom does what the eye sees and the ear hears not. (Isa 11:3) Everything in the world has fallen into the trap of Satan's temptation. So, there are many things to discern in the invisible spiritual world (1 Corinthians 2:14). Wisdom allows you to choose and live, choose and practice, and choose and receive the Word. It is also wisdom to eat solid food (Hebrews 5:4).
*Paul said that we can enjoy abundance only with knowledge and understanding. I want to be a life of knowledge and intelligence. Faith that stays in place and faith in retreat are far from blessed and rewarded. Your thoughts and words should get better and better.
I pray that you will gradually grow in wisdom and thoughts and live a rich life.
3. Pray for discerning what is good until the day of Christ (10)
In the text, “the supreme goodness” is diaperonta, meaning “excellent, excellent, or outstanding.” (excellent) And the word to be discerning is Tokimazein. It means "approve." It literally means "to test." It comes from the meaning of “test.” It means “find out good things and take them.” Or “it is too early for the Lord to come.” Choosing good things is wisdom. It is faith. It is power to discern good things. It is said that getting one wise counselor is better than getting a million soldiers. I wish you the best of luck with the power of wisdom.
* Looking at those who made wise choices?
Joshua (Joshua 24:15) said, “If it does not seem good to you to serve the Lord, choose today whom you will serve, whether it be the god your ancestors served on the other side of the river, or the god of the Amorites in the land in which you live. I will serve the Lord." If you have experienced the power of the living God, I pray that you choose and put it into practice. Mary (Luke 10:42) chose to listen to the Word and was praised by the Lord. “One thing, or even one thing is enough. Mary has chosen the good part, and it will not be taken from her.”
Moses (Hebrews 11:25) said, "I preferred to suffer with God's people than to enjoy the pleasures of sin for a short time." ----
Choose what pleases the Lord. That is the power of wisdom. Power is not in the words, but in putting them into practice and doing them.
