Sermon content
Today is Easter Sunday.
Easter commemorates the resurrection of Jesus three days after he was crucified.
The center of Christianity is to receive salvation through faith in the merits of redemption accomplished through the death and resurrection of Jesus on the cross.
The Resurrection of Jesus is a historical fact made up of facts, not fictions, tales, or fantasies.
The reality of the Resurrection has already been prophesied by the Old Testament prophets, fulfilled, and has been testified.
It is recorded in the Bible that Jesus appeared to many people many times to testify of the resurrection.
If a Christian does not have a resurrection, his faith is in vain.
Human beings do not live, die and disappear once they are born, but are immortal beings that live forever.
Paul was eager to share in Christ's resurrection.
In order to share in Christ and the power of his resurrection, we must first share in Christ's sufferings.
To try to participate in the power of resurrection without the cross of suffering is an enemy of Christianity and an enemy of Christianity.
Only through the suffering of death on the cross can we have the glory of resurrection.
Christ's suffering
First, it is the suffering that comes from obedience and obedience to the Word of God.
Christ was obedient to the word of Heavenly Father to the point of death.
As we obey God's will, we too must endure the sufferings we face.
Second, the suffering of Christ is suffering for the sake of his body, the church.
The gospel movement and salvation movement of the church are the apology movement, the justification movement, and the new life movement of reconciliation.
You must suffer for the church, which is the body of Christ.
The power of resurrection is revealed to the extent that we suffered. We can participate in the power of resurrection only when we bear the cross with a joyful heart.
The secret of Christianity is that there is a difference in the resurrection power of a person who lives and dies, a person who is dead comes back to life, and a person who is resurrected.
Let us give thanks and praise for the death and resurrection of Jesus, hope for the power of resurrection, and work harder for the Lord.
