Title: Praise the Lord (Psalm 107:8)
Contents This verse is repeated four times in this psalm to remind the Israelites of God's mercy and miracles and praise Him.
(1) Those who are invited to thanksgiving and praise are those who have been saved.
Thus, the psalm opens with the praises of the four types of saved ones.
①.It is the praise of those who have been rescued from the desolate desert,
②. those who have been delivered from the afflictions of captives in chains;
③. Those who have reached the threshold of death due to disease and are rescued;
④.It leads to the praise of those who have been rescued from the storm in the voyage of the sea.
All of this invites us to praise God while accepting God's grace and miracles.
So the psalmist's heart is filled with overflowing joy and praise.
Therefore, if we too are to keep Christmas correctly, we must fill our hearts with the joy felt by the poet.
Thus, our mouths should have been opened and we should have been able to raise our voices praising God for the wonderful things God has done for His children.
1. Giving praise is the right thing to do.
(1). We will not hesitate to praise good parents.
(2). We will not hesitate to praise the good local community in which we live.
⑶. In the same way, we should praise God for his marvelous works and for his gifts to us.
The greatest thing God has ever done is to give us his Son, which is why we celebrate his birth at the Christmas season.
