I. grace of choice
<
< We praised Jehovah, the God who gave us the grace of choice. Verse 7 speaks of Abraham's choice. It was God's grace that Abraham was chosen. Ur of the Chaldeans was a land of idols, and Terah's house was a house of idols. Abraham's father, Terah, was a man who made and sold idols. It was God's grace that Abraham was chosen under this circumstance. When God chooses a person, He does not make a choice based on conditions. It's not about making a choice because of any conditions. He only chooses according to the will of God. God said to the prophet Jeremiah, "Before I formed you in the womb, I set you apart before you were born" (Jeremiah 1:5). said it was abandoned. He was chosen when he hadn't done any good or evil before he was even born. It says that God's election did not come through works, but only through this God who called. Ephesians 1:4 says, “He chose us in Christ before the foundation of the world.”

II. grace of redemption
<
< We praised Jehovah, the God who gave us the grace of redemption. What is redemption? It means paying a price and buying it. A ransom is absolutely necessary when making redemption. “For I am the LORD your God, the Holy One of Israel, and your savior; I gave Egypt as your ransom for you, Cush and Sheba” (Isaiah 43:3). In verses 9-10, Pharaoh of Egypt does not want to release the Israelites. Then God struck the firstborn in Egypt. The firstborn of Egypt died and Israel was saved. Egypt became a ransom. In verse 11, when they reached the shore of the Red Sea, Egypt pursued them. God parted the Red Sea so that the Israelites could cross, and the Egyptian army that pursued them died in the water. He took the Egyptian army as a ransom to save the people of Israel.
Everyone! What did you do to save us? “You know that it was not with perishable things like silver or gold that you were redeemed from the vain acts of your ancestors, but with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot” (1 Peter 1:18). You were redeemed by blood. Jesus Christ, the Son of God, came to this earth, was nailed to the cross, shed His precious blood, and paid the price to redeem us. Dear all! I pray that you will become a saint who gives thanks and praises that the Son of God, Jesus Christ, saved me at the price of His precious blood.

Ⅲ. India's grace
<
< We praised the grace of Jehovah God for guiding us. God Himself guided the Israelites for 40 years from the time they left Egypt until they entered the promised land of Canaan. He led them in the wilderness for 40 years with a pillar of cloud by day and a pillar of fire by night. The wilderness is a place where there is no way. But the Israelites had to march along the pillar of cloud. The wilderness is a place subject to severe climate change. During the daytime, God cooled the heat with a pillar of cloud and warmed the cold with a pillar of fire at night. In the morning, manna came down from heaven, and water came out of the rock, so he made them drink. He kept his clothes and shoes from getting worn out, but he guided them without lack for 40 years until they entered the Promised Land.

IV. grace not forsaken
<
< Blessed be the LORD, the God who does not forsake. The history of Israel is a history of crime and a history of treason.
<
But he also showed mercy and brought them back to their homeland. The God of Israel was a God who never destroys and never forsakes; a God who is gracious and merciful; a God who brings them back even when they are beaten; He is a God who ultimately saves. Dear all! The grace of our God who never abandons His children is the condition for our thanksgiving and the title of our hymn. Today we ourselves are no different from Israel. The shape of the people of Israel is who I am today, and the history of the people of Israel is my history today. Nevertheless, the God who does not forsake Israel is our God today. I bless you and give thanks to God who never forsakes you very much in any case.
