Title: Prayer!

Contents

1 Thessalonians 5:17 Prayer!

This is the story of a butler I know very well, who went to heaven a few years ago. The butler was sitting in the opposite room, and suddenly the window shattered. And the broken windows were punctured like bullets. It was nothing other than a small stone that flew at the speed of a bullet and punctured the window. And the stone hit the butler's forehead rightly. And as the stone hit his forehead, a voice like this was heard from somewhere. "Prayer!"

Ladies and gentlemen, God is speaking to us today. "Prayer!" In Matthew 26:41, Jesus also says: “Keep watch and pray so that you may not fall into temptation.” That is, if you fail in prayer, unwanted or bad things will happen and you will suffer. The disciples of Jesus also followed and learned about Jesus for three years, but because they lacked prayer, they eventually denied Jesus and ran away. You will only become a failure as a disciple.

But when they were filled with the Holy Spirit on the day of Pentecost, they had a spirit of prayer. I prayed very hard. Then they no longer ran away cowardly. Even when extreme circumstances approached, they did not give up their faith. He did not deny Jesus until the moment of his death. Rather, he persevered through terrible persecution and preached the gospel to us.

Ladies and gentlemen, prayer is like a battery that generates the power of God. No matter how good the car is, if the battery runs out, it won't start. It doesn't move at all. In other words, if there is no prayer, it is Ding. Nothing. Even the Lord's servants and the saints do not pray without prayer, and the church without prayer is doeng. Therefore, I clearly know and confess. “If I don’t pray, I’m a ding!” If you don't pray, problems will arise, money will run out, you will lose peace and joy, you will lose confidence, you will lose revelation, you will lose your vision, and you will lose the will to live. Therefore, after knowing this fact, I pray like this. “Lord, let me pray for the rest of my life. Please don't ever run out of prayer.”

Take the case of Jesus. He fasted and prayed for 40 days before starting his public ministry. And he prayed in the early morning hours when others were sleeping, or all night long. And how earnestly you prayed, Hebrews 5:7 says this. “While he was in the flesh he offered up supplications and supplications with intense cries and tears to him who was able to save him from death, and he was heard because of his reverence.”

And even at the end of his life, Jesus prayed in the Garden of Gethsemane so that his sweat would become drops of blood. Also, the great men in the Bible were people who prayed all the time. Moses, who represents the Old Testament law, was also a man of prayer. Elijah and Elisha, who represent the prophets of the Old Testament, were also people of prayer. Peter and Paul, who represent the apostles of the New Testament, were also people of prayer.

Prayer is like the breath of the soul. If you do not pray, you will die spiritually. If I don't pray, God seems so far away from me. Then, if you pray, you will know that God is near. And if the airway is not enough, it becomes stuffy as if breathing is not enough. Then, if he prayed, he would have experienced that his heart was refreshed again.

Prayer is also the key to opening the morning and the lock that prevents the intrusion of demons before going to bed. If you start doing something without praying, things will not go well. If you start without praying, you end up ruining it. And if we don't finish everything with prayer, the devil will take a chance. The work that has been done and the room that has been cleaned up will eventually become cluttered. It is because the demons took advantage of it because they did not close the lock of prayer. That is why God has told us to “pray without ceasing”.

Not only in the Bible, but in the field of life, God very often tells us to pray. He tells us to pray, just as parents tell their children to study very often. Have you not heard God's voice telling you to pray in the field of your life? It was when I was at the Youth Mission in Korea. I called the evangelist in charge of our parish. My wife answers the phone and says, "Evangelist, I'm praying right now." But as soon as I hang up the phone, I hear the voice of God. “Pray, too.” I pray that today's voice of "Pray you too" will be answered to you as well.

When you pray, God's thoughts come to mind. Praying brings to mind ideas from God. When you pray, you think of what to do today and what to do tomorrow. But if we don't pray, we just get busy and forget what we really need to do. If you don't pray, you do something wrong, and you make mistakes. We forget important prophecies from God in our dreams and in the field of life.

Daniel, who realized the importance of prayer in this way, was the prime minister, but no matter how busy he was, he set aside three times a day to pray. There was a conspiracy that if you prayed to God like that, you would be thrown into the lions' den, but you never missed the time of prayer to meet God, have fellowship with God, and receive God's thoughts. So Daniel received a revelation from God about the things to be done in the last days, and the book that recorded this is the Old Testament book of Daniel.

Also, Moses, the man of prayer, was a man who fasted and prayed, and prayed for life. In this way, when a person of prayer raises his hand and prays, he defeats the enemy, and when he lowers his hand, he is defeated by the enemy. This is because prayer moves the hand of God. Do you have any problems too? Raise your hands and pray to God. Praying will solve the problem. The Bible says “Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known. Then the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds” (Philippians 4:6-7).

And do you ever need anything in this foreign land? Please pray. The Bible says “Ask and it will be given to you. Find it. you will find Knock and it will be opened. Even if you are evil, if you know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give good things to those who ask him” (Matthew 7:7-11). The Bible says about this. “If two of you in your Lord agree about anything they ask, it will be done for them by my Father who is in heaven” (Matthew 18:19).

Gentlemen, never be ashamed to pray. It was when I went to Korea for reserve army training. A few days ago, God showed me a telecommunication truck in a dream. I didn't know what that meant at first, but I found out later. It is none other than that wherever you go, continue to communicate with God, that is, to pray.

It's not that I was training in the reserve army, so it was very difficult for me to find time to pray quietly by myself. So I couldn't do it, and several people were playing go-stops in my quarters, but I was quietly praying in my seat. After praying for more than an hour like that for several days, people in my quarters naturally asked me about Christianity, and they answered them well, so I was able to gather all the soldiers and give Christian lectures and testimonies later.

Ladies and gentlemen, keep your communication network open with God even here in Canada. Continue to operate the telecom relay here as well. Do not close the communication network of prayer even during summer vacation. The devil refuses to go on summer vacation and tries to torment us. A person who prayed in Korea

If you stop praying here in Canada, you will be attacked by the Canadian devil. Canadian devils are not as spicy as red pepper, but come as soft as butter and gently plunge us into a trap of curses and pain. However, if we keep the communication network between God and prayer open, the devil cannot easily attack us when he sees that we are connected with God at any time.

And there are things to keep in mind while praying. Job 35:13 says, “God does not hear vain cry.” The prayers of greed and greed are forbidden. The Bible says “You do not have because you do not ask. You ask, and you do not find, because you ask erroneously, to spend it on your lusts.

In particular, prayers to hate others or to curse others during prayer are considered uncomfortable by God. Because hate and curses are contrary to God's disposition of love and blessing. Also, prayers of doubt are forbidden. The Bible says “Ask in faith, and do not doubt at all He who doubts is like a wave of the sea driven and tossed by the wind. Do not expect such a person to receive anything from the Lord.” (James 1:6-7) “What you pray and ask, believe that you have received it. And it shall be with you” (Mark 11:24).

Ladies and gentlemen, the most important thing we do today is prayer. The most important thing for us tomorrow is prayer. The most important thing in Korea is prayer, and the most important thing here in Canada is prayer. And if you miss prayer even during vacation, it will not be a true vacation, and only your body and mind will become tired. Even if you are on vacation or sightseeing, you must first pray enough.

When we pray, God builds up our pride here in Canada, rewards us in the eyes of our enemies, and works together for good. Therefore, do not rely on a prince who does not have the strength to help, but pray to God, and I pray that he will help you. And with God's help, I pray that the problems of soul and body will be resolved, you will enjoy the happiness of life, and that you will carry out God's work with joy here in Canada.
