Bible Text: Jeremiah 33:2-3 Title: Prayer Life
The prayer life is a command from God and there is a promise.
The channel that our members must have as they lead a life of faith
It is a prayer life. If you use this passage well, our members will
Living alone in the world is with God who helps and guides the saints.
The relationship will be established and you will live a life of great grace.
1. What is prayer?
* Speak to God.
Just as children tell their parents everything, the good things, the bad things, the things to be thankful for,
It's about telling God about everything you've done wrong.
* Asking God.
Psalm 34:4 says, "I asked the LORD, and he answered me."
In Matthew 7:7-8, Jesus taught us how to pray.
7 Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find
knock on the door and it will be opened to you
8 Everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds.
It will be opened to the one who knocks, and you must understand these words.
Did you not just save it with your head? Now it is a word to seek with your heart.
Seek What is God's will? It is to seek a way to live with the heart, sincerity, and humanity.
It is not only seeking one's own comfort and benefit, but saving the glory of God and the life of others.
Next you need to find your knees. Finding something precious is not so easy.
It is the path of service, humility, prayer and devotion. The words to find on your knees
It is to seek with humility and prayer. There is no fruit without a knee.
Finally, you must do it with your hands and feet. When we realize, we will go
You must open the closed door. We must open our closed hearts.
We must open hope to our weak and needy neighbors through the love of Christ.
Turn the dark land into the light of life.
2. God's Promise of Prayer
Prayer has God's promises.
In 2 Chronicles 7:13-16, “If I shut up the heavens,
It does not rain, or if locusts eat the land,
If a plague spreads among my people, my people who are called by my name
If you humble yourself and pray and seek my face, turning from that evil way, you will hear from heaven
Forgive their sins and heal the land; I will lift up my eyes and give ear to the prayers of this place.
For I have chosen and sanctified this house, that it may be here forever in my name; my eyes and my heart will always be here.
Jeremiah 29:12-13 says
12 You will call upon me and come and pray to me, and I will hear you.
13 If you seek me and seek me with all your heart, you will find me.
3. We must pray in the name of Jesus.
In John 14:13-14, “Whatever you ask in my name, I will do it.
so that the Father may be glorified in the Son.
If you ask me anything in my name, I will do it.”
