This time, we would like to share a message with the title of “Prayer that pleases God”
Example>>
One day, a young man got a job and was living in another province.
Living alone, I lost my temper, stopped going to church, and my life became increasingly disorganized.
Then my heart became troubled, and I looked for alcohol to overcome that troubled heart, but my heart became even more troubled.
But something strange happened to such a young man.
Even though it was hard, every night around 10 o'clock, the aching head was refreshed and I was able to sleep again.
I had no way of knowing why.
Then one day, a letter came from my mother.
"Hey! How are you? I am praying for you every night at 10 o’clock.”
Seeing the letter, my son just cried.
At that time, the son felt his mother's prayer working on him and realized that God still loves him.
After he repented, he became an outstanding employee of the company.
Prayer raises people dramatically.
There is no time in this world more precious than prayer time.
Rather than working 10 hours without prayer and rest, praying for 1 hour and working 8 hours with 1 hour off makes a person much more capable.
Prayer is a source of power.
Who knows best?
Satan knows best.
So Satan somehow prevents the saints from praying.
Knowing that fact, the saints must make time for prayer no matter what.
When the saints pray, Satan begins to suffer from it and attacks more.
Still, if you pray persistently, Satan will get tired and run away.
From then on, a brilliant history of dreams and visions will come true.
After all, the greatest failure for believers is to give up on prayer, and the greatest success is to pray.
Now, I hope that you will become believers who begin their daily lives with prayer and end with prayer.
A life of affirmation is a little strength, but a life of prayer is a tremendous strength.

This text is a part of the dedication prayer offered after Solomon delivered the dedication sermon during the dedication ceremony of Solomon's Temple.
If you look at the prayers in the text, you can see what kind of prayer God is pleased with.
If so, what kind of prayer is the prayer that God is pleased with?
First, the prayer that God is pleased with is ‘humble prayer’.
If we look at verse 27,
“Will God really dwell on the earth? If the heavens and the heavens of the heavens cannot tolerate you, how much more will this temple that I have built?”
confess that.
Solomon accomplished the temple construction, which was Israel's long-cherished project, but while consecrating the temple, he prayed humbly without showing off or boasting about his strength and ability.
Even though the temple was built by himself, he could not have a God greater than heaven there.
God is pleased with these humble prayers.
Many believers pray for ‘blessing’ from the beginning of their prayers.
They do not look back on their own appearance and unconditionally ask for blessings.
But like Solomon, we must pray for humility of heart.
In fact, prayer time is a time to prepare your heart before asking God for something.
So, when the heart is humbled by God's grace, everything looks different, and that's when the highest prayer that pleases God comes out.
Depending on how people make up their minds, circumstances and situations are interpreted 180 degrees differently.
Therefore, more important than changing the world is to change the mind.
Some people have great enthusiasm.
"God! Let me change the world!”
Passion is good, but before that, you must first change yourself through the Word and prayer. When a person who has not changed himself tries to change the world, many people become unhappy.
However, if you put in the effort to change yourself first, God will also give you the power to change the world.
Please remember that these prayers begin with the 'Prayer of Humility'.
Second, the prayer that God is pleased with is the ‘prayer of repentance’.
There is an expression that appears most often in Solomon's prayer for the dedication of the temple.
It is the expression 'servant'.
In verse 28, Solomon used the word ‘servant’ twice, and in verse 30, he also used the expression ‘servant’.
Although he was a king who accomplished the great history of building the temple, he had the attitude of a thorough servant in the sight of God.
We must have the attitude of a servant like Solomon and thoroughly obey God's will.
Prayer without obedience becomes futile prayer, and blessings without obedience become seeds of unhappiness.
Some people boast that they read the Bible 4 chapters a day, but more importantly, live according to the Word.
So, who lives by the word?
A person cannot keep the Word perfectly.
So repentance is necessary.
In the end, those who repent well are the ones who live according to the Word the most.
The importance of repentance is mentioned in many places in Solomon's prayer.
If we look at verse 30 of the text,
“Hear their supplications when your servants and your people Israel pray toward this place; hear from your dwelling place in heaven, and hear and forgive.”
In this verse, Solomon did not pray, “Give me more blessings!” He prayed, “Forgive me!”
This means that restoring our relationship with God through the forgiveness of sins is more important than receiving God's blessings.
There are two words that are most needed in a relationship.
It means “thank you” and “sorry”.
The person who can speak those two words well is the best person.
You need to be good at those two words in your relationship with God.
One said, “God! Thank you.” and the other one is “God! Please forgive me.”
Those who are good at those two words are the most religious people, and the better they speak, the more grace they receive from God.
When a problem arises, some people blame others by saying, “Because of that person!” Others blame themselves by saying, “Because I didn’t pray and lack!”
We must now become saints who look after themselves like the latter when problems arise.
When you fail, you have no excuses, and if you do one thing right then you can get back on your feet.
One of them is repentance.
Happiness is given as much as he repents, and then his prayer becomes a powerful prayer.
In the end, the deeper your repentance, the higher your grace will be.
Third, the prayer that God is pleased with is the 'Prayer of Love'.
If you look at the consecration prayers of Solomon, the pattern is almost constant.
That is, when you commit a certain sin and suffer a disaster, pray toward the temple or pray within the temple, and you will be asked to hear that prayer.
So, in Solomon's dedication prayer, the phrase 'to this temple, out of this temple' appears a lot.
If we look at verse 29,
“May your eyes be on this temple day and night, and hear the prayers of your servants toward this place, where you said before, My name shall be there.”

This prayer shows how much God loves the church.
God loves and cares for the church as the pupil of the eye.
So, if you pray with love for the church, further dedicate yourself to the church, and try to fill the gaps in the church, God will receive your prayers more happily.
There is the first principle of a successful church life, that is, the life of faith.
It means ‘trying to give rather than receive’.
It is also the first principle of success, blessing, and happiness in life.
The strange thing is that if you try to receive, God will not give you more, and if you try to give, God will give you more.
Now, avoid human calculations and try to give, share and give within the scope of what you can do.
Love is not done by calculation, but by action.
As mentioned in today's illustration, someone's silent prayer of love has the amazing power to give someone new strength.
It is not difficult to live a happy life of faith while moving others through a life of faith.
If you look at the lack of something and look at it with affection and regret and try to fill the lack, people will be moved, but God will be moved too.
God will be more pleased with the prayers offered by such an emotional director.

When you organize the Word, there is nothing more important to the saints than prayer.
The Lord has given the saints the blessings and privileges of prayer.
Today our members should be able to take advantage of the privilege of prayer that the Lord has given us.
If you have a problem, pray first.
People worry about problems when they arise, but the biggest problem is not praying, and the biggest way to solve problems is to pray.
Prayer is the wonderful secret to receiving the power of God, and it is a weapon.
Prayer is communion with God.
Therefore, not praying is ignoring God.
If you want a truly blessed life, pray.
When people are looking for ways, wisdom, and creativity for success, God has already prepared all those methods and is looking for believers who pray.
Therefore, if the saints have a desire to pray, it also means that blessings are already camped outside the door.
Of course, there are times when there is no answer even if you pray hard and dedicate yourself.
Still, don't be too impatient, and if you pray with a little more patience, I pray in the name of the Lord that you will become believers who believe that the work of answers will surely come.
