Title: Prayer to Acknowledge God (Proverbs 03:6)
Content Paul used to express his prayer life with the expression “praying without ceasing” (Romans 1:9, Colossians 1:9). This consistent form of faith is the high degree of acknowledgment of God in everything. It comes from the training of faith. In some ways, it may seem like a phrase to “pray without ceasing”, but our prayers must go into the realm of “prayer that acknowledges God”. If the training in prayer to acknowledge the God who is always with us is proper, we will be able to pray persistently that will not be broken by any difficulties or concerns. Please help and thank you.
The concept of non-ceasing prayer is summarized. (1 Thessalonians 5:17)
There are two ways.
1) Literally, it is a life of continuous prayer.
John 15:7
If you abide in me and my words abide in you
Ask whatever you want, and it will be done for you
First, what remains
Second, being continuously
Third, to last
Fourth, to accept without objection
Daniel 6:10
Even though Daniel knew that this document had a fish seal, he went to his house.
Returning from the window that opened toward Jerusalem in that room,
Three times a day I got down on my knees and prayed and prayed to God
thank you
......
Daniel prayed three times a day.
Acts 2:42
As they were taught by the apostles, they communed with one another and broke bread.
Make every effort to pray
.....
The Jerusalem church was a church that prayed consistently.
Acts 6:4
Brethren, filled with the Holy Spirit and wisdom among you,
Choose seven men, and we will give this work to them.
We will do nothing to pray or preach the word.
.........
After selecting the workers, the apostles were able to devote themselves to prayer and the Word.
2) If organized as in today's text,
There is a very important part of non-stop prayer.
It is a prayer life that acknowledges God in all things.
Paul said to the churches of Rome and Colossae that he prayed without restraint.
Romans 1:
9...
The God whom I serve with my heart in the gospel of his Son
You are my witnesses, always and without ceasing in my prayers you
speaking
....
Every time I prayed, I said that I prayed,
not only the relationship with oneself,
Despite his distance from the members of the Roman Church,
To pray like this is to know that God is interested in you.
That's because it's confirmed.
Col 1:9
By this we also pray for you from the day we heard
Without ceasing, I pray that you may
May wisdom and understanding be filled with the knowledge of the will of God.
.....
whatever the outcome...
We are praying for the Colossians to help them get to know God.
Trust in the LORD with all your heart
do not rely on your understanding
you acknowledge him in everything
Then he will direct your way.
don't be wise in yourselves
Fear the LORD and depart from evil.
Proverbs 3 deals mainly with “wisdom” and “obedience”. According to the text, obedience is training to humble oneself before God and before men, and wisdom is used to mean a very spiritual world where worship, prayer, humility and determination are harmonized. In a word, wisdom is not a realm that one can acquire on their own, and that wisdom cannot be entered without a prayer that acknowledges God in all things.
Trust the power of prayer focused on God!
1 Corinthians 14:8
If an inanimate thing like a lyre or a harp makes a sound,
If you don't discriminate the notes, it's the sound of the harp
how will you know
If the trumpet makes an ambiguous sound, who will start war?
will you prepare
In the same way, you also use your tongue to speak words that are easy to understand.
If not, how can you know what he is saying, which speaks in the air?
would
1) Do not rely on human understanding!
Don't use prayer to rationalize man's ways

2) It is a prayer life that humbles oneself.
