Title: Preach the Gospel (Matthew 10:5-15)

This Jesus first selected 12 disciples to complete this important work.
And he entrusted them with the works that Jesus had done.
He gave us the power to heal diseases, cast out demons, and bear witness to the gospel.
Today's text shows the scene where Jesus entrusted this precious gospel to his disciples and sent them out for the preaching of the gospel.
These are the words you are asking us to do today.
When we preach the gospel, we become powerful people like Jesus.
If we preach the gospel, we will receive the authority and power of heaven just like the disciples.
We hope that it will be a time of experience of power while listening to the Lord's command to “preach the gospel” from the perspective of the disciples who are receiving the command before the Lord at this time.
1, Go to the lost sheep of Israel 5-6
He said, “Do not go into the way of the Gentiles, and do not go into any city of the Samaritans, but rather go to the lost of Israel.”
These words do not mean that Jesus should not preach the gospel to the Gentiles.
This is primarily to preach the gospel to the Jews.
Jesus told the Jews to preach the gospel to the Jews first so that they could play a pivotal role in the evangelism work in the future.
Acts 1:8｢But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.｣

2, Did you say that the kingdom of heaven is near?

When Jesus sent his disciples out, he told them to cry out, “Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.” The original meaning of the phrase “heaven is near” means that heaven is getting closer.
This verse was first used by John the Baptist when he preached the gospel.
These are the words Jesus used when he began the work of the gospel at the beginning of his symbiosis.
Jesus Christ is the Son of God, and He said that the Son of God would come to this earth.
In John 1:11, it is said that Jesus Christ has come to His own land.
Jesus Christ is the Son of God, that is, God.
The kingdom of heaven is where God dwells.
In this way, the place where Jesus is will become the kingdom of heaven.
Jesus said that our hearts that have Jesus Christ are the kingdom of heaven.

Was it because the apostle Paul was not literate?

I'm sorry, but there will be no better people here like Paul, both academically and personally, in every way.
Then why did these people give up their lives entirely for the sake of Jesus Christ and the gospel?
There must be a clear reason, isn't it?
Of course, the Apostle Paul, like you, not only did not believe in Jesus Christ at first, but rather was a persecutor of Jesus Christ.
However, I believe that he has completely changed 100% from the moment he received Jesus Christ.
It is because he met Jesus Christ that he was able to devote himself so completely.

We hope that we can realize the love of Jesus Christ at this time.
We believe that then our lives will be completely different.

I believe the smartest person in the world is Paul.
Smart people are those who invest and get everything that is good for them.
Paul sacrificed his life knowing that devoting himself to the Lord and preaching the gospel is the most precious thing and the most important thing in life.
Who are fools?
These are the people who fall into the path of death without even knowing it.
These are people who know that the world is the best, and that they do not know that it is the way of death, and they live a fun life.
The fly does not know how to die by the smell of honey in the sweet honey jar, so it goes deeper and sucks, and then it doesn't come out and is buried in honey and dies.
We have no other gospel.
Gal 1:7｢There is no other gospel, except that some are disturbing you and trying to change the gospel of Christ.｣
There is no other gospel than Jesus Christ.
Jesus Christ is the only way.
Jesus Christ is the only truth.

Let's just tell him and follow him.
God has given power to those who testify of the gospel.
(1) It is the ability to heal the sick.
Mark 16:18｢If they pick up serpents and drink anything poisonous, it will not hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick and they will recover.” He said that if you believe and take your hand, the disease will go away.
1 Corinthians 12:9｢ To others the gift of healing by one Spirit,｣ You say that you have given it.
Originally, the healing power was a miracle that Jesus performed, but he gave this power to the disciples.
(2) He gave the power to raise the dead.
Jesus performed the work of raising the dead three times.
John 11:44 He raised Lazarus from the dead four days later.
In Mark 5:25-43, he raised Jairus' daughter to life.
Luke 17:12 He raised the only son of a widow carrying a bonus.
Death refers to a state of separation.
Physical death: separation of spirit and body
Eternal death: our souls going to hell and going to heaven (which means going to hell)
Faith Death: It refers to the absence of works of faith. The ability to live means salvation.
You have given me the power to save things like this.
(3) He gave the power to cleanse lepers.
In the Old Testament, leprosy appeared as a result of sin.
When a person commits a sin or becomes unclean, leprosy can spread to a person or thing.
In this way, leprosy symbolized sin, and He gave us the power to bring out those who were eternally dead under sin.
(4) He has given you the power to cast out demons.
The evangelist cannot preach the blessings to God's chosen people who are bound by demons without first casting out demons, so he gave them the ability to cast out demons.
Galatians 1:7 says that if we do not preach this precious gospel, we will be cursed if we preach another gospel.
