The Precious Fruit Isaiah 5
Up to verses 1-7 of this chapter today, verses 8-25, where the judgment corresponding to God's love for the people of Israel, their betrayal, and their crimes, is recorded, and the method of judgment is described in verses 26-26- It consists of up to 30 verses.
This is also well shown in Jesus’ parable of the vine recorded in the Gospels of Matthew (21:33-41), Mark (12:1-9), and Luke (20:9-10) in the New Testament.
Therefore, the grace that God gives me and you, like the people of Israel at that time, disappoints God, and in the end, unlike the people of Israel who stood in the right place, they only tell you to live a life that revives in the expectations of the only and all-powerful God. is.
I bless you in the name of the Lord that you and your family members who are with you today will be able to discern what is the perfect will of God who is good and pleasing every day, so that you can lead a life that bears good fruits.
So, who is the one who disappoints God?
1. Those who have lost the purity of God's people.
Philippians 4:8 “Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are reverent, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are praiseworthy, if there be any virtue, if there is any praise, consider these things.” He said that living a clean life without sin is one of the most important conditions that God requires of us.
But what about us?
Through the grace of the blood that Jesus shed on the cross, our sins have been forgiven without any merit. However, they sin with the sinful nature that has been rooted since Adam.
So Jesus looked at the nail marks on your hands and looked at his side and said, ‘Why me? Nailed for ashes and given a spear? They are still servants of the devil... Are the blood and shame I shed on the cross in vain?
Everyone! We can't do this.
Imagine our children do it just like us. It's very difficult.
Therefore, I want you and me to put down all my greed, put down all my selfishness, and humble myself before the Lord.
2. Wrong fruit is the bearer.
Everyone! Why do farmers plant vines?
Aren't you trying to get the right grapes? So, the owner of the vineyard planted the grapes with the finest seeds in the very fertile ground, with large grapes, strong resistance to diseases and diseases, beautiful colors, and the best taste.
And I built a fence and built a tower to watch it all night, lest animals or people come in and harm them. So how strong would it be?
However, the owner is rather happy at the thought of picking delicious grapes and putting them in wine. So, we made a wine bottle that met the high expectations. However, the grapes that were produced were 'wild grapes'. Wild grapes are small, sour, and toxic fruits that can be eaten wrong and even cause stomach pains.
How angry must the owner be?
So, I removed the protective film that I had been loving and caring for until now. Then, the field where the beasts, who had been peeking for a chance so far, came, became wet.
After that, the field was overgrown with weeds and thorns, and even the vines that had been there were deprived of their nutrients, becoming a useless land and useless trees that could not even bear fruit.
In fact, the vine is not a beautiful flower, and it is said that it is so insignificant that it cannot be used as a lumber.
However, if only delicious fruits can be opened, you will become a luxury aristocrat like no one in the world. Even decades, hundreds of years, it is highly protected. Then he is treated more preciously. Just like us, who are always on the side of God.
Therefore, today the Lord expects of you and me. What is that?
It is to use precious things for precious things. It's about putting your precious things to a valuable place. Do not use the blessings of God-given talents, material blessings, health blessings, slander, slander, slander, envy, quarrels, and contempt for others. The nine fruits of the Spirit (Galatians 5:12) and the fruit of light (Ephesians 5:9), bear the fruit of peace (Hebrews 12:11) and use it preciously for your family, for your neighbors, for the country, and for the expansion of the kingdom of God.
The rest of December ... I bless you in the name of the Lord who will bear these precious fruits and lead a life of reversal.
Lord! We hope that there will be no weeds in our lives. I hope the thorns don't grow. When it rains, it rains, when it snows, it snows. When it blooms, it blooms, and when it bears fruit, it is beautiful and luscious, precious, delicious, abundant, faithful, shining, gentle, peaceful, merciful, kind, and full of joy and fervor. I pray in the name of Christ. Amen Byun Yohan
