Title: Proverbs of Agul/Proverbs Chapter 30

Content: Proverbs of Agul

Proverbs 30

1. Personal Confession (1-9)

① Man's ignorance toward God (1-6)

Confession of one's ignorance (1-4)

This author confesses to himself that he is ignorant. He confesses that he is ignorant and has no knowledge of God. So, is this really such a person? This author is a wise person. Nevertheless, the reason for saying this is that he is confessing his ignorance before the wisdom of God.

Anyone who stands before God must have this attitude. God loves the humble.

(2) The Word of God (5-6)

Although we do not know anything about God ourselves, the ‘Word of God’ lets us know who God is. Therefore, we should not add or subtract from God's Word of truth, but accept it as it is. We must be the ones who depend only on the word of God.

② How can we serve God properly? (7-9)

Two things we ask for to glorify God

First, keep away from lies and lies. Let go of pretense and deceit, and be humble before the Lord.

Second, as a supplication for material problems, riches tend to deny and forget God and lead to pride that they can live on their own.

2. Typical sins of the wise (10-33)

① Sin (10-20)

(1) Do not frame or accuse a servant against his master.(10)

Hades, the womb, and the unfillable earth and fire

Ineffectiveness (17)

Traces of a Whore - Sexual Corruption (18-20)

② The foolish and the wise (21-28)

(1) Foolishness (21-23) - An unqualified person becoming a leader

being a paper king

what a fool is full of

Getting married by a reluctant bitch

succession of the bitch servant mother-in-law

(2) Wise things (24-28)

Ant's diligence

You have to be able to see the future like Saban

unite like grasshoppers

You must act swiftly and wisely like a lizard.

③ The dignified spirit of the wise man (29-33)

(1) Qualifications of the wise (29-31)

A fighting spirit that does not retreat like a lion

Like a hound, you have to take the lead and figure out the problem.

Like a goat, you have to take the lead and act as a protector.
