Title: Relationship with yourself

Contents Last week, we shared our relationship with God. It is said that a person is a relational being, which means that if the relationship is destroyed, it is impossible to lead a normal life, and it is difficult to be a person who cannot lead a normal life. The basis of all human relationships is relationship with God. As such, our relationship with God has an absolute influence on all relationships.

I. destroyed relationship

1. If you are not in harmony with God, you will also be in a state of discord.

① My heart is always dark. there is no peace war breaks out

? Psalm 38:8 “I am weary and grieved; my heart is troubled and I groan.”

② Self-acceptance. torment yourself

Ex) Think brightly and positively? Darken things to say.

2. Discord with God is a curse.

? Jeremiah 17:5 “Cursed is the man whose heart turns away from the LORD.”

II. restore your relationship with yourself

1. There must be self-discovery.

? You must face your destroyed self. No cure without proper diagnosis

2. We can see ourselves only when we stand before Jesus.

? Luke 5:8 "When Simon Peter saw this, he fell down at Jesus' knees and said, "Depart from me, Lord, for I am a sinner"? Find yourself only when you meet Jesus

3. When you meet Jesus, you are restored.

Ex) Surgeon Dr. Mungay: “Surgery is done by man, but healing is done by God”

. restored life

? When our relationship with God is restored and our relationship with ourselves is restored, everyone can live a glorious life in Christ. When you reconcile with yourself, you see yourself like this.

1. Someone to love. Matthew 22:39 “… Love your neighbor as yourself...”

① love yourself

② Neighbor Love Standards

2. Precious and noble. Isaiah 43:4 “You are precious and honorable in my eyes”

? The price of Jesus' blood - 'Jesus' price' Ex) 2,000 pigs

3. Those who belong to God. Isaiah 43:1 “I have redeemed you; I have called you by name; you are mine”? Recognition of God's Ownership

Why do you need to discover your own worth and restore your relationship with yourself? Because we are the children of God who are to live for the glory of God. Saints, we have a clear purpose to live. Let's live for the glory of God.
