Title: Religious People and Longevity
When looking at the cause of death of domestic celebrities by occupation, 42% of religious people were old-age, but only 15% of sportsmen, literary people, and journalists were elderly on average. There were a lot of deaths from various cancers, heart attacks, and cerebrovascular diseases among literary people and journalists. Professor Kim said, "The average life expectancy of religious people is much higher for reasons such as a regular life, an attitude to live without greed, and a happy mind not to suffer from stress.
A famous American medical scientist argued that if you live a religious life, you should be prepared to live to the age of 100. This is because, along with steady advances in medical science, moderate exercise, nutrition, and the power of faithful faith increase the chances that mankind will live to the age of 100. He said, 'I don't want to live long. And when there are people who say, 'I don't want to burden other people even the slightest bit because I've grown old in the last few years', I don't hesitate to say, 'Should you be ashamed!' Because he is convinced that if he eats well, exercises, prays, and thinks positively, he can live energetically and cheerfully until the end.
It is a wish that everyone has dreamed of since ancient times to live a long and healthy life. Especially for believers, longevity is a great blessing in the sense that they have the opportunity to testify to their descendants of God's guidance and protection. The goal is not to simply extend the physical life, but to come to God by witnessing the precious grace experienced in countless moments of life.
“The fear of the LORD prolongs life, but the years of the wicked are short” (Proverbs 10:27).
Jesus is the resurrection, the truth, and the life. Jesus is the cure for all diseases. If you come before Jesus, you can be healed of all diseases, and you can have health and long life. I hope you all believe in Jesus and wish you good health and long life.
* Prayer: God who will receive glory and praise forever, let us always rejoice, give thanks, and have a positive mindset, and treat people with mercy and gentleness. Let us love and glorify you with all our body and mind. May we always testify of God's grace. I pray in Jesus name. Amen
