Title: Rescue from the stomach

Content Title: Deliverance from the Pseudonym

Bible: Psalm 107:10-20

Now is the time of crisis. Even from a family point of view, we are living a difficult life with many difficulties and adversity financially, physically, and mentally. As the saying goes, 'Mountain beyond the mountain', we are living in a crisis where when one problem is solved, other problems are waiting in front of us. Through today's text, we hope that we, who are living in such a crisis, will enjoy God's blessings in the midst of crisis through management and actions we should take in times of crisis. Let's take a look at how we should deal with the crisis.

First: We must humble our hearts.

“Man sits in darkness and in the shadow of death, and is in agony and in chains, because he disobeys the word of God and despises the will of the Most High. Verse 12) A crisis includes God's providence that wants us to be an opportunity to humble ourselves, and through the crisis, God's existence and holiness are revealed. You should not be discouraged. It is because the living God is holding on to the center of that crisis. Deuteronomy 8:3 says, “He humbles you and tests you to see what your heart is and whether you keep his commandments or not.”

Second: We must cry out and pray.

“They cried out in their sorrow, and He saved them from their affliction” (verse 19).

Crisis can come to anyone. Crisis is the Greek word for “crisis”, which means “to make a decision, to make a decision and set the direction of my life.” A crisis has come means the time has come to make a decision. When a crisis comes to believers, it must be overcome by the determination of faith. There is an English expression that says “Burn the Leg”, “Burn the Boat”. This is a word used when making a life-or-death decision. 2 Chronicles 26:5 “In the days of Zechariah, who knew the vision of God, he asked God, and as long as he asked God, God made him prosper.”

Third: It should be used as an opportunity for change and growth.

“He sends his word, and heals them, and delivers them out of the scourge” (verse 20). When we face a crisis, God sends the word to help us understand. He sends the Word to overcome crises with the power of the Word. So in the face of crisis, we must listen to God's word. Crisis in Hebrew is “mars-ber”. It refers to a 'bearing chair' used by a mother to give birth to a child. Just as there is the joy and glory of the birth of a new life after the risk of giving birth, we must be able to turn crisis into an opportunity for change. When a crisis comes, you have to switch the switch. We must turn from crisis into a switch of change and opportunity.
