Title: Respect Yourself

Exodus (8) Respect yourself (Exodus 3:6-12)

<

Do not waver in your faith >

There is a secret to being the most blessed in the world. It is 'meek'. On the other hand, there is a secret to being the least blessed in the world. It is ‘indecisive’. If you fail to keep important promises, including the promise of the holy water on Sunday, and you do this and that according to your own convenience, you will be ‘out of the ranks’ in the flow of blessings.

If you look at politics, when do party approval ratings drop sharply? It's time to recruit bat politicians or migratory birds. It is a common sentiment that we should not act according to ‘interest’ rather than ‘ideal’. So is the spirit of God. If you have decided to believe in God, you will become a mainstream life of blessing when you do your best to celebrate the Lord's Day and dedicate your body and mind to perfection.

Now present yourself clean to God. The most important problem in life is not a 'possession problem' but a 'belief problem'. The most important issue for blessing is to choose a good vision and dedicate your body and mind to that vision. Some people say they are too busy to make time for the Word and prayer, but as they get busy, they separate the time for the Word and prayer and ask, “Is there anything I can do to help you with a holy vision?” Think and buy.

No matter what happens, do not waver in your faith. God speaks to Moses. “I am the God of your fathers, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob” (verse 6). After all, this verse means “God is our God”. Also, these words mean that God must keep the promises he made with the ancestors of faith, and it also means that the blessings of faith will be inherited. If we lead a good life of faith, God will surely protect us and our children.

< Love and respect yourself >

When God entrusts Moses with a mission, Moses asks: “Who am I that I should go to Pharaoh and bring the children of Israel out of Egypt?” (verse 11) Then God said. “Surely I will be with you” (verse 12). Likewise, God is more with us when we confess our incompetence. So don't be too discouraged by what you don't have. See yourself through the eyes of God, not through the eyes of men.

There are times in life when you want to give up on your dreams and visions. If a misunderstanding arises with someone I was close to, the will to do good disappears, and no one knows how hard it is for me, I want to sit down again and again. Sometimes we lose our confidence in life because of a deep sense of guilt and loss. Then, if you quietly meditate in prayer, you will hear the voice of God like this. “Anyone! However, I will be with you until the end! You are the best in the world!”

If you want a blessed life, acknowledge yourself, encourage yourself, and make many such confessions. “I like who God likes me! Right now, we have many shortcomings and many mistakes, but we will become more mature in the future. Because God has made me a child, I will live by acknowledging myself.” If you overcome your guilt, loss, and low self-esteem with faith, then God's amazing work of blessing will begin to appear.

Love yourself. Love who you are, your personality and your appearance. If you don't like yourself, who will? Have confidence and self-esteem. If you see yourself as a miserable existence and live with a sense of inferiority, the people who see you will also get tired and eventually leave. If you respect yourself, others will respect you too. Also, when you feel that kind of respect, gentle words come out of your mouth, and you gradually gain great connections and eventually succeed.

Of course, you will have many shortcomings. But everyone has their shortcomings. So, don't get caught up in your own shortcomings. Even if you have shortcomings and weaknesses, remember that you were created as God's purposeful beings, encourage yourself, and do your best to fulfill God's purpose of creation. If you look at yourself from that of God rather than from a man's point of view, sooner or later you will realize that your greatest debt is your greatest asset.

When God sent Moses to Pharaoh with the mission of saving Israel, Moses thought of himself and said, "God! I can't. Send someone else. Do you know my handicap?” Then God challenged me. “Moses! Even with your limitations, you can be used as much as you want.” In the end, he was able to accomplish the great history of the Exodus.

Many people today lament over their weaknesses. "God! I am small. I grew up in a broken family. I can't speak. I have a fiery personality. But will I be used?” Stop saying those things and see yourself from God's point of view. When you think you are weak, God sees you as strong, when you think you are inadequate, God sees you as worthy, and when you think you are unworthy, God sees you as a masterpiece.
