Title: Resurrected Jesus 1 / John 20:19-23
Contents
[1] Today is Easter Sunday
2000 thousand years ago, Jesus died on the cross for us and was resurrected from the tomb on the first morning after the Sabbath.
Therefore, in commemoration of that day, until the Second Coming of the Lord, the saints gather together to think about the true meaning of the resurrection,
It's a day of worship
Therefore, the existence of Christianity on this earth today is because of the resurrection of Jesus Christ, and the center of Christianity is faith in the resurrection.
Resurrection is a historically undeniable and living event. Therefore, it cannot be overemphasized.
Today we cannot even think of Christianity without resurrection, and Christianity without resurrection cannot exist.
[2] The great purpose of Jesus' coming to this earth is the resurrection and eternal life.
(John 11:25) Jesus said to them, I am the resurrection and the life; whoever believes in me will live even if he dies.
(John 11:26) Everyone who lives and believes in me will never die. Do you believe this?
[3] Angels testified of the resurrection of Jesus
(1) Jesus was not in the tomb Mark 16:6 Do not be alarmed by the angel, for he has risen and is not here.
(2) (1 Corinthians 15:4) After being buried, he rose again on the third day according to the scriptures
(3) To Mary who was visiting Jesus at dawn, John 20:17-:18 Jesus said to her, "Do not touch me, for I have not yet ascended to the Father.
Go to my brothers and say, I am ascending to my Father and your Father and my God and your God.
In this way, Jesus was resurrected, and what did the resurrected Jesus do after that?
First: He met the scattered disciples. (Meet those you love)
==================================================== =======================================
When Jesus was arrested on the Mount of Olives, the disciples were afraid, and each fled to his own way and scattered.
[1] He met the disciples who were trembling in fear.
John 20:19-23 When the doors were shut where the Jews had gathered for fear, Jesus came and stood in the middle and said, "Peace be with you.
When he had said this, he showed his hands and his side. When the disciples saw the Lord, they rejoiced. Jesus said again, "Peace be with you."
1] Jesus gives you peace
(John 14:27) Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you.
2] Receive the Holy Spirit, and he breathed
What are we living today trembling for?... Are we trembling in fear of sin?
What are you trembling over sickness, death and failure? Peace be with us, Jesus, who came to us today after the resurrection.
Receive the Holy Spirit I bless you that you are the Lord of the resurrection who blesses us
[2] The resurrected Lord showed it to Thomas who doubted the resurrection
1] John 20:24 When Jesus appeared, all the disciples rejoiced and rejoiced.
But the disciple of Thomas did not see Jesus because he was not there when Jesus appeared. Therefore, Thomas
I will not believe unless I see the hands that were crucified on the cross, and put my hand in the marks of the nails and put my hand into his side.
2] A week later, Thomas and the other disciples appeared again while they were together.
(John 20:27) He said to Thomas, "Put your finger here and see my hands, and reach out your hand and put it in my side.
And do not be unbelievers, but believers (John 20:28) Thomas answered and said, My Lord and my God.
(John 20:29) Jesus said to him, "Do you believe because you have seen me? Blessed are those who have not seen and believe."
[3] The resurrected Lord met the two disciples on their way to Emmaus
As they were returning to their hometown of Emmaus, Jesus opened the Bible to the two of them, and while they were eating, blessed them and left.
Luke 24:25-:26 He said, "O you fools and slow of heart to believe all that the prophets have spoken, when the Christ suffered these things,
Is it not necessary to enter into glory?” So, beginning with Moses and all the prophets, what was written in all the scriptures about himself
explain in detail'
Even today, there are some people who believe in Jesus and go out into the world because of what they felt.
Some leave the business, some leave the church, some leave the church, some are driven by temptation and some by greed.
1) At that time, can the Holy Spirit leave your heart like that?
2) For some, it is the voice of the Holy Spirit when polar saints come and call for repentance.
3) Still, if you don't hear it, he speaks through dreams.
Luke 24:31 Their eyes were opened and they recognized him, but Jesus was not seen by them.”
[4] The resurrected Jesus came to the disciples when they returned to fishing as fishermen.
John 21:1-:3 After that Jesus revealed himself again to the disciples at the sea of Tiberias, and these were the manifestations.
Simon Peter, Thomas called Didymus, Nathanael the Canaan of Galilee, the sons of Zebedee, and two other disciples were with them. Simon Peter said, “I am going fishing.” They said that we would go together. They went out and got into the boat, but caught nothing that night. I couldn't'
John 21:9 And when they came up on the land, there was a coal fire, and fish were placed on it, and there was bread.”
Gathering the scattered disciples like a hen gathers her chicks
[5] 1 Corinthians 15:4 Paul wrote that he appeared to more than 500 brothers
(1 Corinthians 15:4) He was buried, and then rose again on the third day according to the scriptures (1 Corinthians 15:5) He appeared to Cephas, and later to the twelve disciples (1 Corinthians 15:6), and then to more than five hundred brothers at once. Among them, most of them were still alive until now, and some were asleep (1 Corinthians 15:7), and after that he appeared to James, and after that he appeared to all the apostles (1 Corinthians 15:8), and lastly to me, as an unborn child.
Second: The resurrected Jesus ascended to heaven.
==================================================== ==================================================
Acts 1:9-11 'When he had finished these words, he was taken up from their sight into heaven, and a cloud covered him from view.
While the disciples were looking closely at the sky, two men in white robes stood by them and said, "Men of Galilee, why are you standing still looking at the sky
Do you look? This Jesus, who was taken up from you into heaven, will come in the same way you saw him go into heaven.”
[1] Paul says that he appeared to his disciples 11 times after his resurrection.
[2] 40 days after the Resurrection, the disciples gathered on the Mount of Olives, and seeing that about 500 people gathered, he met many disciples for 40 days.
[3] Jesus said this even before he died on the cross
(John 16:7) But I tell you the truth, it is to your advantage that I go away; if I do not go away, the Counselor will
He will not come to you, but if he does, I will send him to you.
Third: Did the resurrected Lord ascend to heaven?...The Lord in heaven is still working for us

[1] He has sent the Comforter, the Holy Spirit
(John 14:16) I will ask the Father, and he will give you another Comforter, that he may be with you forever.
(Acts 2:1) When the day of Pentecost had come, and they were all gathered together in one place (Acts 2:2), suddenly there came from heaven a sound like a rushing strong wind.
And it filled the whole house where they sat (Acts 2:3), and behold, tongues of fire were divided like tongues of fire, and it rested upon each one.
[2] Acts 7: When Stephen was martyred while preaching the gospel, Jesus, who was not on the throne of God, accepted me.
Acts 7:54-55 When they heard these words, they were pierced in their hearts and gnashed their teeth at him. But Stephen, filled with the Holy Spirit, looked up to heaven and looked up.
seeing the glory of God and Jesus standing at the right hand of God'
[3] Acts 9 When Saul persecuted the Lord at Damascus, the Lord came to meet Saul and met him.
Acts 9: He appeared to Saul in Damascus, Saul, Saul, why are you kicking with thorns?
When Saul was blind, he went to Ananias and laid his hands on Saul, and something like plastic fell from Saul's eyes, and he could see again.
[4] 2 Corinthians 12: When Paul was stoned to death while preaching the gospel, he called his soul to the throne of heaven and comforted him beyond words. It is impossible to say.”
[5] It is recorded in Revelation 1 about the Lord who visited the apostle John (He was not a humble Jesus when he was on earth)
That Jesus is not what he saw before his crucifixion into the world in the past.
Rev 1:13-16 Among the lampstands, one like the Son of Man clothed himself in robes that dragged to his feet, and had a golden girdle on his chest, and his head and hair were white as white wool, as snow, and his eyes were like flames, and his feet were bright tin, refined in a furnace. And his voice was like the sound of many waters, and in his right hand were seven stars;
[6] Now with our members,
1] He is listening to prayers
2] He is protecting us from evil enemies.
3] He is blessing our daily bread
4] Teach and help us to be raptured when the Lord comes.
5] He is healing all our sufferings
Fourth: Now the risen Jesus will come again to rapture us.

[1] At the time of harvest, angels are sent, and those who practice lawlessness are gathered and thrown into the fiery furnace; then the righteous will shine like the sun in their Father's kingdom
(Mat 13:41) The Son of Man will send his angels, who will bring out from the kingdom all stumbling blocks and those who practice lawlessness.
(Mat 13:42) And I will throw them into the furnace of fire, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
(Matthew 13:43) At that time the righteous will shine like the sun in the kingdom of their Father. He who has ears, let him hear.
[2] Matthew 25:31 When the Son of Man comes in his glory with all the angels, he will sit on the throne of his glory.
Gather all the nations before him, and separate each one, as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats, so that he will put the sheep on his right hand and the goats on his left.
[3] The Lord Himself will come down with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trumpet of God.
(1 Thessalonians 4:16) For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet of God; and the dead in Christ will rise first (1 Thessalonians 4:17). will be lifted up to meet the Lord in the air, so that we will always be with the Lord (1 Thessalonians 4:18). So comfort one another with these words.
[4] This world will surely end. My life will also end on this earth.
Revelation 21:1-4 And I saw a new heaven and a new earth, and the first heaven and the first earth passed away, and the sea was no more.
I saw the holy city, New Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God was with men, and God was with them. And they will dwell with them, and they will be God's people, and God Himself will be with them and wipe every tear from their eyes, and there will be no more death, nor will there be any more mourning or crying or pain, for the first things have passed away.
