Title: Resurrection as the Purpose of Life

Resurrection faith as the purpose of life (Philippians 3:4-14)
1. The value of our church lies in a life driven by purpose and vision.
(2) The Christian's view of the afterlife is based on the belief in the resurrection.
2. Purpose of life
(1) The most important question in our life is “What is the purpose of my life?” The meaning of our existence must be the glory of God (Ephesians 1:12).
(2) We must look to Him and He must be the eternal goal of our lives. In all of God's creation, nothing was created without purpose (Romans 11:36).
3. How can we live to glorify God?
(1) The knowledge of the Lord Christ Jesus should be regarded as the most noble (v. 8). In the meantime, he had given up everything he thought was useful (verse 7).
(2) We must be convinced of the “righteousness of Christ” (verse 9).
⑶ We must enjoy fellowship with Christ abundantly (verses 10 and 11).
⑷ We must hold on to Christ (verse 12).
4. The way to the glory of God is opened to Christians whose purpose is the reward of the calling (verses 13, 14).
(1) You must not think of it as a hold (v. 13a).
(2) We must forget only what we have done, that is, what is behind (in verse 13).
⑶ You must hold onto what is in front of you (verse 13b).
⑷ You must run towards the target. (verse 14)
We Christians must live for the glory of God.
Everyone who has such a purpose of life must live for the purpose of the glory of the resurrection through a life that bears the cross. Then you can receive the reward of God's calling. I believe that those who have worked hard in the resurrection faith over the past year have experienced that Christ is the noblest knowledge. In any case, if we are resurrected and overcome hardships and triumph, our God will give heavenly rewards to all the saints who have served and worked hard for the Lord and the church.
